  1. you can trust Tristan. I know his mum. She will beat him down if he steals a penny.
  2. The Vado and the contour HD does 1280 x 720, which is 16:9, which is widescreen
  3. longer exposure, which is why photos are a bad way to judge a bulb's intensity. hence the lumen rating
  4. lol @ all the tards that think its a lambo with a mustang body style conversion. its a mustang that's been fitted with a lambo drivetrain and suspension. which is instant win in my books. its like putting R35 GTR drivetrain, interior and suspension into an R33. Making something that's ghey with aids less ghey by putting in something that oozes heterosexuality and Chuck Norris-like awesomeness.
  5. guys... check out this for a bit of a bargain if you're looking for a helmet cam: http://www.catchoftheday.com.au/smallfish_...roducts_id=3476 cheap, but its low res etc. still, not bad. plus you can take it biking, snowboarding etc.
  6. here's the lambo that donated the parts to the stang: http://www.rhcollectibles.com/showroom/130...llardo-SE?sold= personally i reckon its awesome... cos everyone know what a sack full of doorknobs the mustang is with its 1960's live rear axle etc. about time someone modernised the stang's drivetrain and suspension.
  7. tas this one's for you. make it happen. oh also, notice the AE86 with the R32 front on the bottom? oh yeah, that just happened. now that image is stuck in your head.
  8. why does your whiteboard say "Hi5 4 anal"? lol estimate of shipping of ganadors to VIC?
  9. lol i don't think it phased the boys in the least. there's a couple of s13/180sx shells sitting at the shop that the parts will swap over to with no hassles. they were spewin that they crashed just before the track dried up and got really good, the way coco was doin in the practice laps he'd have made the final cull easily. next time we'll just bring more cars so if one person crashes the car then the other person doesn't miss out on a chance at the comp. hopefully this'll prompt coco to finish his S14... if you're reading this ya frikken hipster
  10. mine used to do that too. turned out to be crap coilpacks.
  11. hamish you'd have loved winton today. four KE70's on the track, two of them qualified in top 16. if it wasn't for the takumi tax on em these days they'd almost be fun to have as a bash car.... but with takumi tax, its almost as cheap to just buy an S13.
  12. wet was fun. mud on track was not. skidding on mud, then skidding on grass, head first into wall was not as much fun. headbutting each other with helmets on on the roof of aforementioned car that just ploughed head first into the wall... awesome fun. stripping out all the parts to put into another shell for next drift day. not so much fun. on average... fun day. sorry if we din get to say bye to everyone, had to take the car back to the shop by 6ish so we left before it finished. who won the comp?
  13. the biggest issue with home spray booths is that you wont get enough air extraction to remove airborne particles like dust and paint, which will result in poor finish. but if you must... http://www.instructables.com/id/Garage-Paint-Booth/
  14. isn't Ebisu the tight technical one?
  15. welcome to Sydney, circa 2000. pretty much all the violence is by second or third generation migrants. Just wait till the gang rapes start.
  16. how's that workin out for you?
  17. We've got a drift day at Winton on Sunday if you wanna come along and watch, and talk to the guys who are into it and taking part in it. For starters any car that's lightish and RWD will do, I'd recommend something cheap like an S13 (silvia) or a KE70 (corolla), which is cheap to mod and easy to fix when you ding up. Biggest mistake most people make is go out and get a pretty car that they're too worried to break/crash/write off... which usually stops em from giving it their all or experimenting with technique. Don't worry about looks etc, weld/lock the diff, get some aftermarket suspension and some cooling mods and get on the track.
  18. usually the girls that claim they're cute... aren't. just sayin. spotted a silver 33 gtst behind me on springvale rd headed towards the south eastern from glenny today at about 7pm. Was in the ceffy in front of you.
  19. can you work out a package deal for the RB25 and turbo?
  20. I've got a G15, the keys feel like a hot knife cutting thru butter. Its about on par with the higher end MS keyboards.... which is probably bottom end of gaming keyboards.
  21. looks like there's a suzuki cappuccino under there. i love NATS, the students there get to work on such cool final projects/abominations. I guess I like any school that encourages students to do something for shits and giggles.... just cos they can.
  22. http://www.mwave.com.au/newAU/mwaveAU/prod...sp?sku=24020318 G15. $100.
  23. emailed. GLWS.
  24. yeah that's why i got the screw ones, the cheap clip ones are pretty dodgy
  25. Dunno if this is a repost... but... NATS is an automotive trade academy (like a tafe I suppose) and every year they have a cool idea that they bring to life as a final project.
