Get a drill, 8mm or 10mm i think work and drill the head off the bolt. The reason that bolt doesn't have a head on it is cause it was snapped off from factory. A brand new bolt like that will have a head on it but when a certain torque is applied it breaks off.

I got the inch up -3 kit with 355 x 32 rotors with 6 piston calipers, they're waiting to go on my project car so i can comment on how well they perform. Pad size 138 x 61 x 18, here's a pic of the pad Piston sizes 38mm, 32mm, 27mm

i know endless make a 2 piece 355mm x 32mm rotor but i dont know how much they are, email nengun or perfectrun and they should be able to give you a price on them. also see if porject mu you do anything like that

nope, the R33 has double wishbone and the R31 runs a Mcpherson setup.

you said you only wanted a pic of the drums shoes , anyway heres the Translated version. if there is still plently of meat left on the drum shoes but they have a glazed surface just do what Snowman said. if they are on the skinny side of things replace them, on that note anyone know where to get drum shoes and what price they are?

well the first thing you need to find out is the hole in the centre of the drum brake have a greater diameter than 72mm? the yellow line is the hole you need to measure, note that is a HR31 drumbrake not a R32 drumbrake if it isn't greater than 72mm it won't fit on your diff so back to square one and try and find something else. once you find a suitable drumbrake next question do you own/have access a band saw with a metal band on it, MIG welder and have all the parts needed ie drumbrake, calipers and rotors? if not then you will need an engineer to do all this and it will cost lots of $$$, or if you are in brisbane i am half way through putting HR31 drumbrakes and R32 GTR calipers on the rear of my R31, so you can drop around and see what has to be done. to bolt up the drumbrake will require you to cut the bracket off that holds the axle to the diff and make 2 new brackets, 1 for the drumbrake to mount onto the diff and the other 1 for the R32 GTR caliper to mount onto also you can't use the R31 caliper mount as it has a caliper spacing of 100mm and the R32 GTR caliper has a spacing of 117mm.

even if they were the same gearbox you still have to get rid of the transfer case. that alone would cost more than a R33 GTSt gearbox.

yeah as VB said backlash between the crown wheel and pinion it is a common thing with the BW78, they also whine like a bitch before they start to open wheel. probably needs a good shim, oil and gasket replaced and you may need the side gears replaced all up should cost $500-$600. if you are going to be doing drift, drag or track work then a reshim would be pointless as the diff won't last very long at all, your options are a mini spool ($100+fitting) or a Kaaz 1.5 or 2 way LSD ($1500+fitting)

in your avatar it says you got a RB25 coupe, the coupes don't have a borg warner diff they have a R200 longnose diff or is this a different car?

well the stock S15 rotor is 280mmx30mm, maybe you should look at rotors off a R33 GTR as they are 324mmx30. what car has 330mmx32mm rotors? this is what you are going to need to bolt up a GTR rotor to a S15 caliper. as roy said don't go grinding your caliper you will only destroy it and have to buy new ones

what sump are you running the RB30 one? see if there is any difference between that and a RB25 one. a custom 24mm adjustable swaybar would cost around $300. other than that buy a R31 and put the motor in that.

well R30's and R31's front ends are similar. i have put a R32 steering rack in my R31 and it was a direct bolt in, the only thing that needed modification was the lines that enter the steering rack, R31 has screw in connections and R32 has banjo bolts. so that is an option. S13 steering rack won't be a drop in replacement like the R32 steering rack.
