RIP to those lost, especially the 2 NS.com members who sadly didn't pull through.
It's saddens me everyday to read the paper and hear about this tragedy. Thank god for people like the CFA, who worked tirelessly to try and save peoples lives and homes. One of our apprentices at work is a CFA volunteer, and he done a 16-hour stint starting at Kinglake, and then doing asset protection at the Strathewen Ranges.
I'll definately be donating a few hundred dollars to the Red Cross the next couple of days, I cannot imagine the grief and heartache the survivors are going through, not only loosing their houses, but loosing neighbours, and possibly seeing people die right in front of you.
