You will find cars from $1000 and up. I guess it depends if you just want a car to run around in, or if you want to keep it as a daily driver once you get your dream car. As a daily driver, they are solid, reliable, and easy to source parts for. If you're not happy with the stock power, there are heaps of things you can do to make it go harder. I disagree with predator, I think they are a very sexy car. (1,000,000 times sexier than 33's) But each to their own. I had someone asking on mirc today..... "whats wrong with the banner" I tried explaining it was art, but they insisted that their poo was more arty than the banner. I'm not complaining, I think its kinda funky... just passing along the sentiment

Most people are probably familiar with my car, but for those who aren't..... Car: White Ti Year: 1986 Purchased:: Almost 2 years ago Mods: Body: Removed nudge bar, debadged bonnet and boot, colour coded bumpers, trim and rear numberplate surround, GTS grille, Silhouette front spoiler, custom clear front indicators, phat chromy zorst. Got a set of HR31 struts/rotors/calipers waiting to go on (just need to get the discs machined) Motor: Custom intake, pod with white powdercoated custom heat-shield, extractors with polished custom heat-shield, polished plenum, polished rocker cover, polished power steering canister, polished radiator cap, lots of lavender paint and purple hose coverings. (See my gallery for motor pics) Interior: Mostly stock (Love the Ti interior!) JVC MP3 player with Pioneer rears and Jaycar front splits, a few bits of Nismo rice, a couple of extra dash buttons (including ejector seat and rear missile!!) Here's a "before and after" comparison of the bodywork. Plenty more pics available in my gallery

Whatever you decide, you're going to need to do something to the gearbox. The auto box wasn't made to handle that sort of power.

OK, well I contacted Matt Freeman (the guy who's organising it), and he said that they're just intending on flooding Calder with Nissans. Sounds a bit silly, because as you said, it's hard enough to get a decent amount of runs in on any given Friday night. I did send him another email to this effect on Friday, but I've had no reply. His idea was full of good intentions, but its only really viable if it's done as a private event... sometimes a little research helps. krzysiu I don't think your car needs to be particularly fast.
