  8. The heads are the same apart from the following. 1) This is more to do with the electrics that connect to the head. S1 uses an igniter S1.5 and S2 coil packs contain the ignitors. 2) Late model Series 2 heads used the r34 intake cam and CAS <- Correct me if i am wrong The may be more
  9. Stao, Can you please let me know the cost of the smaller housing and new vband clamp for the dump and a new clip to hold the actuator arm onto the wastegate flap. I eventually will be going a 3L block with external gate so i could reuse this housing later on.
  10. there got to be something with my car causing it. Can an oil issue cause extreme lag? i noticed when installing the turbo the oil return line was a tight fit. could be kinked or something ill have to check on the weekend
  11. Stao, Still having extreme lag problems. I have gone over every silicon connector in the car no leaks.I have added even more pre load and this only adds a little extra to the max boost it will run 10psi actuator with pre load holding 12psi. I spent the weekend tunning the spool areas of the fuel and timing maps and this has not helped at all. Not getting 10psi until after 5000rpm Any ideas?
  12. Bigger pump will draw more from the electrical system. The stock wiring may not be enough to supply its needs. Wire directly to the battery using a relay and the stock wire as a trigger
  13. Have you hard wired the pump to the battery?
  14. Thank you extremely helpful.
  15. I'm no in the one in the boat. Sorry lame R33 joke.
  16. What sort of HP will the 040 support? Tossing up between the 040 or ease of installation or the 044 for further headroom
  17. No vct car runs like crap i bought the last msd window switch car runs so good now. search rpm switch on ebay and there are 2 other options listed from the us for alot cheaper around $40us
  18. the OEM fuel pressure regulation system probably isn't designed for boosted applications. Might be a good idea to rip it out set up the fuel pump to supply the fuel rail and put a FRP on the fuel return as per your normal Skyline setup
  19. Car feels so god damn smooth compaired to driving with vct always off. search ebay for rpm switch there are afew cheaper options sub $100 but i couldnt be bothered waiting
  20. MSD switch installed found out vct should draw around 1 apm so no relay needed.works perfect easy to setup but expensive $280.
  21. See jarod all is ok now get that damn radiator in and take me for a drive.
  22. Car idles like crap with VCT on at idle. Any ideas on the amp draw of the vct solinoid?
