  1. Angry the R30 that me and Ghostrider are talking about has the heart of a R31 it realy dosn't matter what car its in the R30's and R31's are not much different to each other anyway

  3. yea that would be great i supose its better than nothing and at this stage it looks like i may use a G-reddy Emanage with the L24E ecu and afm to run the show. Im also going to the local dyno place to have a chat to them about what sensors and shit they think i need eg vaccum controller ect ect or whether they think i colud get away without one and also to get that ecu checked out. i also had a thourght that maybe the L20ET manual and auto ecu's are different and one has three plugs and the other just one but thats just a thourght. After i have been to the dyno place that should give me a bit more of an idear what i can and cant do.

  5. as the title says i need a L20ET ecu pinout and wiring diagram asap i just need it too see if i can keep my L24E loom and just change the plug to a l20et one to suit the l20et ecu and then just add the extra wires needed

  8. ive already got a set of L20et ones so i will start off with them and might look at the VG30 ones down the trak i just want to get it all working first and then i will look at changing little bits and pieces but after its all working the first thing i will be doing is tracking down a N42 head and geting that worked fairly exstencively
  9. turbo is all cleaned up and checked over the impeller looks ok, there is no shaft play, however there was a bit of oil in the exhaust housing so i suspect it may be in need of a few new seals down the trak but apart from that it's all good The collection so far
  10. If it was me i would buy the sedan and swap the turbo gear off the sedan motor onto your hatch motor and then put the hatch motor in the sedan but thats just me and i prefer sedans. Lately there have been L24ET's poping up all ova Adelaide there's a guy on the R31 club who has a mate thats got a L24ET MR30 sedan and there was also a L24ET C210 in the trader

This is what the first lot of stuff looked like when i got it since then it has all been cleaned and painted and i have removed all the dags from the intake manifold, i have ported and polished the throttle body, and the turbo manifold has also had the dags removed from it. I will be getting Ecu, loom, afm and front mount next weekend and i will be fitting the intercooler up and then the intercooler piping will be getting sandblasted and then powdercoated

  17. how can you have RB25 pistons in an RB30 RB25 ones are smaller arent they? or do you have an RB25 block with an RB30 head? as for the ecu a G-reddy E-manage would be more than adiquit i would think they are about $500 for the old model and $900 for the ultimate model
  18. i googled that and found nothing i personnally have searched the net high and low over the last year or so for this and never found anything
  19. go the HR30 RB25DET it will turn alot more heads than a HR31 HR30's are twise as rare as the HR31's and just for the record im not baging R31's i love them just as much as R30's
  20. o well shit happens it will be good enough 2 get me started all i have left on the list of things is .oil pump .vaccum controll thingy .boost gauge .boost tee .bov .R33 GTS-T turbo and dump and then it will finally be time to start YAY
