  1. The later model master cylinders are all designed for Disc / Disc, not Disc / Drum like yours and also designed to feed only 2 lines into the ABS unit. The bigger later model m/c will increase the pedal pressure if you don't increase the wheel cyl sizes as well & possibly get so hard you might have to be Eric Banner (aka Hulk) to make the car stop. Chris, yes the new is available ex Nissan at a mere $600.00+ I haven't checked the a/mkt parts industry for some years, but last I did they were getting hard to find & some suppliers listed as obsolete then. $200.00 for re sleeve seems a bit high for me, have you checked around your local brake specialists instead of mechanics as most mechanics sub them out and put on their margin. Try Better Brakes or a similar brake parts supplier. Cheers, D
  2. Hi Shane, Attached is 6 pics. Pict 0011 is the Ignition System Pict 0010 is the Charging System Pict 0009 is the Starting System Pict 0008 is the Power Supply Routing The second Pict 0009 is the Overdive Control System The second Pict 0008 is the Kickdown Switch System All these are for the Australian car. From what I read in the manual, the 4 pin plug is from the Overdrive control switch, the 2 pin plugs are Kickdown solenoid & Overdrive cancel solenoid. The single appears to be the Overdrive indicator switch as well, possibly indicator light. The Inhibitor switch also has 4 wires but I don't know where they go as I don't have any automatic vehicles to look at for you. If these picture diagrams don't help, your more than welcome to come down and look at the manuals, as I'm just at Campbelltown. Cheers, D
  3. I have to go out, but when I return I'll post some pics of service pages so you can try to work it out. Wiring colour codes are: B = Black W = White R = Red G = Green L = Blue Y = Yellow LG = Light Green BR = Brown OR = Orange P = Pink PU = Purple GY = Gray SB = Sky Blue In case of colour coding using a stripe, Base colour is first followed by stripe colour eg. L/W = Blue with White stripe Cheers, D
  4. Ok call me on 0406142529 and we can try sorting you out. Cheers, Dennis
  5. I guess you don't have a wiring diagram or service manual?
  6. $2000.00????? Freight to Sydney is over a grand & to Melbourne another 4 or 500. D
  7. Do it yourself, surely there is a kit for them & it isn't rocket science. I just rebuilt a pair of BNR32 GTR front calipers with a kit. Just like a mechano set, put it back same as taken apart but with the new bits. D
  8. The ebay master cylinder IS NOT suitable for your car! It is for S1 81~83 as they have a distribution block on top of the booster & S2 late 83~85 have it built into the master cylinder. What side are you talking about replacing, or is it both and PM me an address or text to 0406142529. Cheers, D
  9. There is more ........................................ He contacted me when I last went to Melbourne and wanted to buy the Jenesis Front & AdThree rear I have. Wanted me to take them to Melbourne with me & call him when I arrived. Well from 2 weeks before I left I heard nothing and therefore never took the parts down. Cazz sold an DR30 front cut to him, never contacted, and couldn't be contacted as far as I last new. Interesting fellow is this old dude ????????????????????????????????????????????????/ D
  10. Very good Lower control arms for free if I can find them. With standard brakes stick to 7/8 bore. Where you at??????? D
  11. skyz71 is going to ship the whole car to KUWAIT, so when you sell the whole car, make sure you get a bomb for it, because he sure will be from the parts. Cheers, D
  12. And the R30 hatch arm is about 3' long
  13. Failing that I'll check if the track car arm still exists.
  14. The owner's handbook states unbraked max load @ 400kg and braked @ 800kg and that is how the manufacture rates the sub frame. As has been spoken about here a lot, it is an accepted fact that the car would fairly easily tow the 600kg you're looking for but something like a reece hitch I think would be best. Cheers, D
  15. I thought Chris organised one through Import Monster?
  16. Custom made would be about $400.00+ where an MR30 one 2ndhand will be under $50.00.
  17. I think Matador made them originally, rated to about 750kg max from memory.
  18. You mexican's have all the luck! NSW RTA has a 30 year restriction on club plates, so I have to wait till 2014, so I'll be doing it a diferent way. Cheers, D
  19. The MR30 sedan tow bar is what your looking for in ozland. 66yostagea had one in Qld but I just rang him and it's gone unfortunately. Anyway, I'm sure one will turn up in a wrecker somewhere. Cheers, D
  20. I think you will find the S1 model is quite a bit narrower than the S2 on your Iron Mask DR30. D
