  1. Fuse goes in, fuse goes out, fuse goes in........ love the 32R Look forward to a new tune and beefing up the fuel system, see what my baby really has, without leaning out Was a great day overall, despite some sunburn, lots of great cars... and geez, Abdus is a nice bloke
  2. Amnet or iiNet, but not sure if they exist on your end of the island... top notch over here...
  3. x2
  4. Good going guys, my lowest hp GTR position is safe See everyone bright and early
  5. *jumps in the 'line, off to the shops*
  6. Theres a sticky thread at the top, Consolidated Workshop Thread... heres the linky linky http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Co...hr-t191756.html EDIT: Dyno days aren't the same as getting your car dyno tuned, and he was after SOR... Top Racing are SOR and are top notch
  7. Thanks for the reminder Brad, nearly forgot... Car feels alot better after the alignment this morning
  8. What size rims + psi pumped to? My 18"wheels @ 38-40psi feel hard as hell on stock suspension... remember tyres play there part in the road dampening process.
  9. Your mate wasn't getting enthusiastic with chucking nuts by any chance was he? This can cause the same sort of oil starvation issues that track cars would come up against. High rpm would of filled the head with oil if no restrictor was in place. IIRC some ppl have mentioned recently some N1 oil pump failures recently... Sump baffles + oil gallery restrictor + aftermarket oil pump should be your new friends IMHO
  10. ...or Nissan (for a small fortune)... alternatively wait till someone sells parts because they strip out car for track, or someone wrecks one (cross you fingers that they had interior in good nick)
  11. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Gt...l=front+lsd+gtr Cusco seems to be be the flavour flav... http://www.greenline.jp/catalogue/bccatpar...gory=drivetrain halfway down...
  12. Is that you on the left James? The guy with the hard on?? call me sometime, your hot yes... i was joking... please no more gay porn on SAU, at least put lesbians.....
  13. 300ZX points as address above, Silvia... just go a S14 or better - better brakes, wider track, 5 stud etc etc R32, realistically if your coming from muscle, go the GTR, or an RB25DET GTST (converted 32, or 33 etc) My stockish 32 chops virutally anything (bar more modified GTRs), let alone when you throw a bit of money at them. If its a weekend ride 100% undoubtedly go the 32 GTR, otherwise you will have to make compromises for a daily, that said my 32R is my daily... Have a look at for sale section and car import sites like www.imports101.com.au to get an idea of what you can get for your $$$
  14. 3rd'd... Vote Ash... But I'm a WA person, so my vote doesn't count.
  15. I dunno, but I might wear my undies on the outside for a superman result
  16. Hey its still turbo, and its still awd... but how long will it satisfy? Pics?
  17. Good thing to... we'd probably get the spammed to high hell otherwise
  18. If you are actually going to use it as a ute... get the xr6t If you want new car... get the xr6t (or budget more for the GTR) If you want one of the best street cars in existence.... GTR all the way Im running alot less power as Mr Keets, and I've chopped an xr6t after he caught me of guard(out of happy zone)... it wasn't slow, the R was just that much quicker. And remember as soon as you start dialling in more power, the GTR will be more drivable in comparison due to AWD grip... nothing worse than a car with half the power thrashing you because you can't stop the wheels from dutching up :laughing-smiley-014: Quote of the year... straight to the pool room with you
  19. 3 month+ old fuel is probably in the territory where you've lost a few octane points due to the fuel going bad(or starting to). Take it easy and see if its the same on your next tank of fuel. ps. my car drove like crap for a few hours after a week at the smashies.
  20. Standard R34 turbos have 0.53 A/R... 34 N1s are 0.6 A/R (or 0.42 A/R) Should have 14411-AA401 or similar stamped on there.... http://homepage.ntlworld.com/tbroom/Turbos.htm btw, yes I would think you have 34 N1s
  21. 4E-FTE is the jap spec turbo starlet engine. Mate did the conversion to a local model starlet a few years ago, it had guts.
  22. Given the state of traffic fine enforcement at the moment, your not gonna see the fine for 6 months... let the waiting begin
  23. This may help: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/GT...r34-t78927.html
