  3. I just bent the last 10mm of the edge 90deg. Fits perfect and looks normal... will try and find a pick later.
  4. How long is that group buy pricing available for Pete? Only just found the thread... wish I found it a couple of months ago Just about to pick up my 32R from tuning with -5s on e85 flex fuel setup, but would happily send it back in to the workshop in the new year for vcam style setup... Cheers
  5. You can use a z32 s2 ignitor with a simple re-pin of the plugs (swap 6 pin plug for 7 pin and vice versa). Costs sub $200 and I've had it running successfully for years in my GTR. I got my kit off eBay but here's one a quick google found https://conceptzperformance.com/Cart/description.php?II=605
  6. R32 GTR seats, driver and passenger. V.good condition, frames A1 condition, no rips/tears etc. BYO seat belt latches, as mine were moved over to new seats. DYOR on exact fitment, but generally speaking they fit S13/14/15 & R32/33/34 (GTR or non-GTR) with the exception of R34GTTs which are oddball. $600 for the good pair Can supply photos if needed, but everyone knows what 32R seats look like At this stage will not ship interstate. PM or post here thanks Located NOR (WA)
  7. Chasing a complete (or close to) aircon setup for a R32 GTR. Alternatively chasing just the working compressor and undamaged pipework that goes through the body around the radiator. Let me know what you've got Reply here or via PM, cheers!
  8. I initially though they were airwerks due to the fact the FMW compressor wheels are apparently the same wheels as EFRs. But then I saw the pic of what they actually run, which looks to be a custom casting.
  9. Someone else on another forum having the same problem, only he worked out how to fix it... power steering pulley was on the piss! Worth checking. http://www.gtr.co.uk/forum/241625-pas-belts-flying-off-ross-metal-jacket.html
  10. It looks like the new Link+ & Vipec 'i' series have OBD2 capabilities. I'm not 100% if this trickles down to the plugin units, but reading the Link page it looks that way. Opens up the possibilities of using common place OBD2 data display units
  11. I've had a s2 Z32 ignitor on my 32R for 2.5 years with zero issues, can be had new very cheap. You don't actually need to strip the wires, you can just unpin the plugs and redo to suit the new ignitor... so no worries about introducing problems with new joins etc. I've just re-done this recently to suit one of the beefed up Do-Luck ignition harnesses
  12. A bit more in there than just sleeving, but should be a good starting point for you. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/434511-rb34-24u-rb26-800cc-open-deck-engines-v3/
  13. Are the new dumps on the right turbos? Front & rear mixed up?
  14. Actually my quote was for an EFR 8374 which is now US$2600.... hence why it now exceeds my budget. That's ~$3K for a turbo + taxes/duties. Money no object its a fantastic turbo, but bang for buck it's doesn't deliver $1000-1500 worth more performance over say a GTX35 or a PT6262 BB
  15. From Fullrace? I was quoted US$420 this time last year for FedEx International Economy 7-10 day delivery. EFRs have jumped in price $400 since then so it's pushed it outside of my budget
  16. Nismo diff bushes (reinforced rubber), redid the subframe with whiteline bushes also and the CF one-piece tailshaft. Removed every bit of slop & random bang/clangs that the rear end had. I get some noise coming into the cabin, but it's not bad... I kinda like it, like engine surround sound +1 on shifts feeling better
  17. Piggaz, running the lowest setting for now... good so far! A couple of clunks when it was cold, but once warm all good, just have to get used to it 'skipping' haha I had a few other things done in the rear of the car to tighten it all up (bushes, new tailshaft etc), but it's definitely night & day how it comes out of corners now massive improvement for something I never considered as being 'bad'.
  18. Go see Josh @ Galvsport, he is great to deal with and knows his stuff.
  19. If it was me Front = Quaiffe Helical LSD. Rear = Nismo GT Pro 1.5 way... new carbon model if the budget stretches that far. Personally I think the 2 way is too aggressive for anything on the street, and I'm currently breaking in a nismo gt pro 1.5way which drives really nicely
  20. So I got the car back today, to say the car drives very well is an understatement The guts of the work I needed done was to get the car driving well before looking at power upgrades later in the year. Wheel bearings, rear diff, tailshaft were all changed up for new items, while the subframe was removed for some restoration... The Nismo 1.5 way diff was sent off with the old diff to get sorted, the subframe was dropped for powdercoating and fresh bushes all round. Now I'd always suspected my subframe was a little bit special needs, but when it was dropped it was best compared to my favourite yellow fruit.. the banana. So a replacement straight subframe was obtained... some stripping, sandblasting, powdercoating then sent off for rebushing and some basic alignment settings, finished product had this baby looking brand new. Had a comp test done... which came up fairly good, happy considering its a +160K RB26. So now I know the motor is still healthy, the car drives straight & well, no random vibrations (just the good ones), and it will put the power down nicely. From here it's time to let my hip pocket recover for a little bit and enjoy driving the car again, then I'll focus my attention to some power increases, which the plan is now for Vipec + -5s + poncams + e85

  22. I see United has just released an app, should make e85 hunting easier!
  23. Should be Nissan part no. 38220-AA076 as per http://www.nismo.co.jp/en/products/competition/lsd/gt.html
  24. Robbie @ RIPS might have a pattern/spares, pretty sure he had to make one up to switch to an EWP on one of his projects.
