  1. 100% an EFR8374 TS .92 His build here: http://www.gtr.co.uk...r-then-now.html No EWGs here...
  2. Clearly something dodge going on there. TS housings were only available in very low numbers, but open scroll were freely available in most sizes... I reckon someone got there hands on a TS housing and sent it into the chinese photocopier to fill a hole ion the market! Either that or it was a genuine housing that wasn't supposed to be sold, at least at full retail (ie development version or QA fail etc) Chris over in NZ got his 8374 TS 6 months ago (new manufacturer batch) and the quality was perfect as expected...
  3. I got a set from JSAI, very average at best, took a lot of work to get it looking decent.
  4. Wondered where you got a T88 kit to sell... The PT6262 should get this thing moving along nicely! Seems most of the car is already sorted in the crucial areas, good pickup!
  5. Is there a backlog for the approvals in "Projects, Overhauls and Build-ups" section? Maybe the mod for the section is on a break? I put up a new project over a week ago and hasn't popped up yet and the most recent approved project I can find was from about a fortnight ago. Or did my thread mearly get turfed? Cheers
  6. Jap made yes, unknown brand... very similar design to a rare nismo option. Was about GBP£260 delivered from Newera (SAU & GTR.UK trader)
  7. As above. Will require some clearancing of the bottom of the main bumper (above the lower lip) for a clean fit. Here's mine
  8. Chris made 440kW on his 26/30 on pump fuel @ 22psi with his EFR8374 .92, so should be able to drop down to the EFR7670 and still get 400kW on juice Fullrace have told me EFR supplies were supposed to get much better from September, potentially will also have a prefabbed downpipe to suit GTRs soon, all going to plan
  9. Posted this everywhere else, might as go here too...
  10. Main problem with the Nismo 3" catback is the weight (good mufflers!), it flows pretty well. You'll notice that the exhaust note wakes up after ~4000rpm so it's still good soundwise. Performance wise you will take a hit from reducing ID of the exhaust, but shouldn't be to noticeable on your power output. For reference I had that exhaust on my 32R for 4 years while it was daily driven, was a lucky charm with police I reckon because I never got any grief
  11. I highly recommend reading this build thread on gtr.co.uk, I believe they are running 2 Davies Craig pumps (no factory water pump) in a push pull arrangement with their rear rad arrangement. Might even be some parts you might fancy http://www.gtr.co.uk/forum/141029-rktuning-new-race-car-build.html
  12. A few Nismo goodies on my 32R... LMGT4s Wheel nuts (Black 7 sided ones) Valve caps Gear knob (slimline aluminium one) Mats Coppermix twin Braided clutch line Rad cap Engine & gearbox mounts Reinforced clutch pedal bracket (still to go on) Nismo catback (just came off) Nismo intercooler (ARC rebadged) Nismo front bar Nismo style carbon fibre intercooler air guide Nismo style sideskirts Nismo Logo Carabiner Key Holder Would kill for one of those babies Terry, but they don't come up very often, and they only seem to be 33/34... let alone the drug money they command!
  13. Usually either an injector not firing or an igniter giving no spark. Given that you said you have a rich petrol smell, more likely to be ignition. Regardless, check all your ignition & injector connections are properly connected. If that's all good I'd lean towards fouled plugs. Anything else will probably mean taking the car back to Danny
  14. With R34 GTR turbos, tweaking the adjustable cam gears (with stock cams) gave me more power/torque everywhere, and brought boost on ~600rpm earlier
  15. Gotcha. Didn't notice that the outside bushes had been milled a little on one end
  16. Is it better (or easier) to have the adjustable (long) end on the inner (body) end? I see these ones aren't completely symmetrical like the first version was
  17. Received mine this arvo... beefy as fark It's been a bit of a wait, but worth it. Thanks for organising Pete!
  18. The two I've had in my hands to compare: R32 GTR intercooler, 25 row and around 290mm tall (calsonic sticker) R33 GTR intercooler, 23 row and about 270mm tall (no noticeable markings) Other sizes & construction were identical
  19. Hi Pete, Transferred the remaining $320 this morning, pm'd with delivery & contact details. Cheers
  20. It's always possible that at some point in the cars life it had been clearanced for larger cams, then returned to stock later. But you would want to be 100% on this
