  1. My oil pump gears still haven't left Japland
  2. Ahhhh electrical gremlins!
  3. Hank Scorpio is our WA Suspensions connection and I believe he was organising a range of front and rear camber arms for 32s.
  4. 25/30 hands down, with your Neo head it will be tops. Anybody who tells you an RB30 can't rev, or doesn't make power up top is a complete idiot and I would stop dealing with them
  5. I quite often do long trips in the Stagea and going from ~350km around town I get well over 500kmh once on the highway. I plan my trips around BP locations (can now use Shell 98) and carry two full 20L jerry cans in the back. Also good to have 2 spare wheels, a bottle of oil and 10-20L of water
  6. I did it to my 32 when I put HID's in the low beams, worked a treat.
  7. I had success at Midland with my R32 GTS30t, but that's probably because I got an inspector that loved skylines (he told me so)
  8. I would even put more faith in a cheap Autogage electric unit.
  9. Are you talking about welding the holes in the head up and redrilling/tapping? There's a lot of effort involved there so I would imagine it won't be cheap.. I had two studs that I helicoiled in that were just out of alignment and while I could use a hammer to tap it on, that's not the sort of force I wanted to be applying to the head in that way.
  10. Are you going to wear your assless chaps?
  11. Diegrinder on the holes in the flange
  12. I used a Tee to plumb in where the stock sender is.
  13. Over here it just needs to be secured by two brackets. It's not going to remain exposed either, once I'm done with the shakedown the pod will be getting covered and I'll make up some custom heatshields for the manifold and dump. As for oil coolers/filter relocators, I would imagine that as long as your fittings and hoses met the relevant AS for pressurised fluid couplings (no idea what that is) and as Rolls mentioned, the installation isn't dodgy, there shouldn't be an issue? That is really the main thing that I have found with modifying cars, if you do it properly - and it shows (quality welding, well thought out mods, no dodgy corners cut) then things will generally go a lot easier for you.
  14. Yeah my electric autometer oil pressure gauge reacts pretty quickly.
  15. Make it look as stock or unassuming as possible.. no high mount this, no bling that..
  16. All I did was take mine over the pits, the inspector got his little extendy mirror out to look at the engine number and said "changed engines hey?" I replied with "yeah snapped the old one" *inspector notes down new engine number* "got your keys?" *hand over keys and watch inspector drive off in my baby* when he handed me my keys back he literally said "thanks for that, I love skylines!" *drove home now registered with an RB30DET* Sometimes I really feel for you guys over east
  17. I wouldn't bother unless you wanted something bigger than 3", actually.. I may have something that will help you out, sending PM now
  18. Doubt you will find one other than the expensive HPI ones. For $200 the dump/front is pretty bloody good value, just chop it where needed and weld the flange back on.
  19. Pfft, room in a skyline? That's why I bought a Stagea as the daily
  20. Quoted for truth.
  21. Bah! why couldn't it have been a 2dr
  22. Wow Jimmy, don't be a stranger tho! Griff, the rubber seals on the ally of the head for the most part but at either end you need to use some gasket goo.
  23. I think #4 was referring to things like Stopleak etc
