  1. I was aiming a bit higher than 200rwkw.. Am running Denso 550cc's, came with matching plugs that needed soldering to the loom and also needed a couple of copper washers to chock the injectors up so they didn't pop out of the manifold.
  2. Nope, I'll try to remember to take some next time it's on the hoist. Basically got some flatbar, cut 2 pieces, marked the holes, drilled them, bolted it up to the car with the flatbar in between, tac'd it, took it off and welded it.

  5. Conversion was successful today, took many hours a bit of swearing, welding, tapping, grunting. Most annoying part was that the rear section of my tailshaft was 17mm too short!! wtf?! will be taking that back to be rectified during the week. 280kmh dash is sweet and my guesstimations for 3.9 diff + 17T Navara cog were correct, speedo reads high by 10kmh

  8. "R&R" is a an airflow meter over-voltage cut, it works off airflow not boost. Less restriction, more flow could be it. Checked for leaks? I had a leak once that would only open up over 4500rpm.. check all your hoses etc..

I was told by one local mob that the standard uni's are good for 1000nM but only in short bursts (15-20sec), the guy he could build one with standard uni's for $900 but it would only handle a few launches. Went to another, better, mob, had my 2piece built for $700 with bigass solid uni's etc, the only bits of the old shaft they used were the little stubs either side of the centre bearing.

  12. I know the 25DE cams fit in an RB20DET head.. I'm running them in my 25DE head but had to steal lifters from my RB20 head. I don't see 25DET being different unless the VCT connects to something other than the camgear..

  14. I just had a custom 2-piece made, I told them what the application was and he built it to suit. Plenty of info on the box conversion in the Drivetrain area..
  15. Custom 2-piece tailshaft, solid heavy duty uni's, new centre bearing, new slipyoke - $700 Modified Xmember, Navara speedo sender, new speedo cable, 33 gtst slave cylinder. Putting it all in tomorrow along with my 280k speedo

  17. My turbo has no internal gate, it looked like it was going to be a pain in the ass to get a gate pipe onto the lowmount manifold and it also looked like the turbo would hit the strut tower. I would have preferred to keep the turbo low but for ease, it's going to be high mount Good luck! interested to see how it pans out
  18. Stock TB in stock location is annoying when trying to change injectors maybe Wondering whether to get a bigger TB for my forward facing plenum..

  20. I was tempted to go for the same manifold as you SLYDA but opted to go high mount with the GT35R.

  25. I think you would need less offset for that width.. i.e. 9" wide with gtr offset (+20) would likely fit on the inside but hang outside the guard. *shrug* I run 17x7.5, no need for bling round here brudda
