    My JB that I had rebuilt recently is softer than the old one, my Starlet clutch feels heavier. Oh and after putting my big tyres on the back i'm cruising under 3000rpm The longer legs are awesome, I actually get boost in first gear now!

    I used them for about 12 months then upgraded to 2000s. Never had an issue. You can buy decent top feed rails for 25s pretty cheap these days.

    My mate had popped 4 ppg boxes over the years and is on his 5th stocker. Mechanical sympathy is everything, you would drive like a grandmother compared to this bloke lol

    Take it to a reputable tuner, pay for a power run and get some advice on the condition of the engine.

    Your ECU wont allow you to make more power with a highflow, it will hit R&R and make the engine hesitate. What you are after is a standard highflow getting rid of the ceramic wheel. It wont make more power but will live as long as you will own the car. Will also give you the option of running more boost in the future once you obtain a tune-able ECU.

    The 6466 should be making 100 more kw at that boost, have you looked into why it isn't making the numbers?

    A few years ago I was making 430rwkw on E85 with a Nismo intank and stock reg.

    If you have aftermarket cams it will be very difficult to pass IM240.
