  1. Less than 5 of them... If he has someone else do it then there is labour fees. All fluids. Plus getting the balanced checked Plus the pain in the arse of havin the car off the road... Don't get this POS turbo. Just because "5" of them = "1" highflow. You can almost guarantee that you will blow 5 of them.
  2. A couple of years back everytime I was out on the bike I would nearly be cleaned up. A quick toot, hit the brakes or fang off and I was ok. Luckily I have never been hit, though had plenty of close calls.

    Hi Flow?

One that will fit without any modifications to exhaust, manifold, lines etc?? I don't think so.
  4. Your going to need, Injectors fuel pump AFM (depending on which ecu) Computer clutch (if manual) and of course the turbo. I miss understood if your budget is $2,000 for the turbo or for the power goal. If for the power goal then forget it. I don't believe you will ever get that power with second hand parts. If it is just for turbo I would stay away from hypergear, KKR and hi flows... You will need cams, flywheel and need to be ringing a highflows neck for prob not even that power. I believe if it is just for turbo you would be best going for a: HKS GTRS kit HKS 2835 Pro S kit Apexi AX75F82 turbo Garrett GT3076r These are a few turbo's to suit that power goal all which you will most likely not be able to get under $2200 bolt on. (though i could be wrong) In my opinion, save a little more. Enough for HKS GTRS kit. $2500ish clutch $1000 (installed) fuel pump $250 safc tuned $600. You will have around 230kw on 14-15psi and then when you get other supporting mods you will be more then happy pushing out 270+. But as said it depends if you can only afford $2000 or if you can afford $6000.
  5. What power goal do you have? what is your budget??
  6. Hey brett you will find diff's on their way out will tend to start singling when you are getting the power down out of corners, though will have no problem chalking the both of them up from standing start (burnout) I believe you will be able to get away with just shimming it up. Buying a second hand diff could be a gamble. Go buy some pineapples and rear camber arms and you will be more then happy.
  7. Best to buy a new check strap. Try wrecker first if you dont want to pay nissans price.
  8. I don't quite know what you mean. Though I think you may be talking about your "check strap" Search this on Google images to see what your looking, for if you don't know what it is. When you know what it is check if the two bolts are done up tight and or if the pin is jumping round in the hinge when opening and closing the door. Watch your passenger door to compare.
  9. I got this too for my 21st off mates... Havn't done it yet. I have heard as said above, fairly shitty power wise but supposedly have exceptional handling and braking.
  10. series one or two bonnet? where in melbourne?
  11. The right tools do help, your not wrong there. I guess i got lucky i managed to get mine off and on within an hour. (front/dump & cat)
  12. Full zorst 10psi 480km on average. Have gotten 600+ Worst - 400ish

  14. It wont be blocked from not 'lining up properly'.
  15. The bolt is a banjo bolt and the coolant feeds from the line into the holes in the side of the bolt. There are galleries to feed it through so you will have have coolant going through there. So your engine is overheating not your turbo? It may be that you have a coolant leak? check levels Was the coolant bled properly?
  16. LOL best call all week
  17. Congrats on gettin the car on the road... I Pm'd you about organising a GOR cruise, but got no reply. Does this mean GOR cruises are able to go ahead or is this going to be a members only cruise?
  18. You can use exhaust cement for peace of mind. As nuclear said the dump pipe off the turbo will be the hardest part. I pulled one off yesterday and the bolts were 1/2". Plenty of WD40 and patience helps.
  19. Not necessarily, your adjustables should be fine bushes. The stock bushes are made from grease/oil filled rubber mounts. once the rubber cracks and oil/grease leaks it becomes easy to move around (especially with 1300kg behind it) Your bushes would most likely be made of Polyurethane (hard plastic) so they shouldn't move around. But I think it would be best taking it to get looked.
  20. Get the wheel alignment done, this is good for 'service' sakes anyhow. They should find the problem, if not then it nails it down more so.
  21. Should be 2-3L, Just fill it until it begins to flow from the filler hole. let it flow until it comes to a drip. Do filler plug up and clean.
  22. Dont just go for a cheap turbo as 1 cheap turbo that blows can turn into 4 cheap turbos that blow. I am not the biggest fan of hi flows/rebuilds as many blow although more are fine then ones that blow. I believe companies such as garret spend a lot more money on there testing and engineering then what a lot of other companies that rebuild cheap turbos do. Could be wrong but thats the way i see it.
  23. i'll head down. Just gotta cook tea and then I'll come down... Its been a while since i been out
  24. rear pads have brake backing shims aswell. Had this problem then went to wrecker and got them for free. I would of paid $100 the squeal was that bad
