    Cats

Cats hate potent smells. My dad had issues with his car and bike and ended up putting lemon juice in bowls and put them round the car. Even put it on the bonnet/roof and see if it works.
  2. Operating temp and WOT. If you have basic tools to remove spark plugs etc I would just buy a compression tester if I was you. What you would pay for someone to do it u, could of bought a tester & still have cash in ur pocket. They really are piss to do and then u have a compression tester for any issues or other cars u may need it for.
  3. As much as I hate to mention em but these should on Nissansilvia forums in hours
  4. They are $16 new and in stock from GKTeck.
  5. Free bump. Bought 33 front bar from James. Great to deal with. Saw the 34 rear bar, definitely worth the asking price. Good luck with sale bud

  8. I had a quick look on Vicroads site and Found: "Where optional and non essential equipment is fitted such as air conditioning, rear window demisters, etc, it is not necessary for it to work providing it does not adversely affect the safety of the vehicle or its compliance with mandatory Standards for Registration." No mention of needing a demister or heater of any kind. You even need Demisters for CAMS Looks like myself and my foreman are wrong . He has had us checking all cars rear demisters and A/C for RWC. I Can look through the RWC regulation books at work to see what they say as they are way more detailed then Vicroads.
  9. It is unroadworthy as mentioned above due to needing A/C for front screen demister. So keep that in mind. Other then that just vent it outside or in garage with door open. Usual OH&S shit. Don't inhale or get your eyes blasted.
  10. Great day. Thanks to all volunteers etc!! You weren't the only one single pegging out there ash Didn't manage to get time to throw locked diff in so it was a handleful to try and slide round. Can't wait for next deca.

  14. ^^^^^^ yea I was standing next to u photographing when u were videoing so u will have it. Pick my car up from panel shop tomorrow. Just got to mount extinguisher, fit broken wheel stud and repair paint on roof and Im ready. Oh and fit tyres to it. Will bring spare pair up for skids at end if I'm allowed back out and we have time.
  15. I meant what size master on the HHB? Standard brake master won't be an issue. I found best way to bleed it up is to bleed HHB master using the HHB lever as you were but also push foot pedal. Then do the same for rear calipers. (using both) This is how I found get a better bleed and feel. It's also important to get your free play right on the lever.
  16. ^^^ sucks Terence! My car has been in shop 3 weeks. Was supposed to be finished last Tuesday and I went down today and he tells me it will be finished Wednesday. I still have to get W/A, sort diff out and another issue of exhaust popping on decel when ambient temps are over approx 30 degrees Celsius. Good work Daniel!!
  17. So many people have issues bleeding these correctly. How Are you bleeding it? What size master or you using on it? GTSboy is talking about the compensation ports that allow fluid to go back into reservoir. These are blocked when you hit your foot pedal so fluid can't go back into reservoir. Hydraulic handbrakes run a one way valve to compensate for what he is talking about. Hence If you put the lines back to front it would not work at all.
  18. My car is at panel shop atm. Was supposed to be ready on wed. If I get it tomorrow (fingers crossed) I'll take some Full Res pics and post em up. I will then take some of the other part of the roof I still have to do and do a before and after. Will spray that this weekend if car comes back. r31slpr's repair looks good! Not full res, but still
