Harbour Tunnel then go to Chatswood might be easiest if you dono how to get to Cromer. Chatswood is on the way of Gordon (even though you could go there from the E-D without passing Chatswood) but Gordon is not exactly towards Cromer. So if you know Chatswood let us know and we'll meet there. Otherwise I might be heading into City way to pick CEF11E before hitting the meet-spot in Chatswood (yet to be decided).

Make sure your +/- speaker wires are also correct and that you've bridged the subs to their proper terminals and selected bridge mode (if that applies).

heh heh good to hear basket! sorry I deleted my post re: the clutch but that's good to know thanks! To those coming from out west more that plan on going down Lane Cove Road maybe the peoples that don't know how to get to Cromer can tag along with people that do? Is anyone gonna be heading down from this way or is everyone from that direction happy to find their own way?

Dear god... :headbang: It was in a magazine right? If not it should be - i'd like to read about it Ok. For the people who wanna meet in Chatswood to drive down to Cromer... I'm thinking Chatswood (old) maccas car park would be a good place to meet for those not familiar with getting to Cromer. The shop next door to the carpark is now a shoe place. Time will be 8:30am meeting and departure at 8:45am SHARP. Those who get there at half eight can duck around the corner for breakfast (Special meeting time for ceffo will be 8:00am). My number is 0410 532 548 which I suggest you put in your phone/write it down now so by the time Saturday comes around and you forget it's still there - if you don't need to contact me but have a hot sister/girlfriend then get that number too! It is the car park near the corner of Archer Street and Victoria Avenue right next door to where Maccas used to be and is now a shoe store. Two doors from Subway, the entry from Archer Street. Opposite Chatswood Chase shopping centre. I've attached two maps for you. The first is hand drawn - but it took me 2 hours so I would like you to use that. I've provided a second map also, which I've made "south central" style because I want you to use the first map (which took me so long to do) and also because it reminds me of south central... (the way streets look on a map). All those meeting in chatswood please let me know so we know about how many are meeting there etc. So far I have- kursed ceffo CEF11E basketcase democrazy_cakework silver gts-t

Ah. Thanks Dave that's helpful! I think mine are mechanical (since there is an oil line running back to the oil pressure gauge). So for oil temp it should be fairly standard sender wise (I mean.. temp is the same temp no matter what engine) so that should be ok right? And the oil pressure I should just find the same diameter hose and run it back (from somewhere)? Obviously clamping it hard enough so the pressure itself doesn't mean I develop an oil leak IN the car. I will have to go pick them up then I'll probably be asking more questions Thanks alot for your help

Wohoo my car didn't blow up!

nP. Unfortunately mine has little to no oil in it so can't/shouldn't be started otherwise I'd say you can hear mine run and see how you like the resonator they put on my car. It's still a little loud but not as loud as it was before. If I hit the lottery I'll be getting a full J-brand exhaust for that idling raspiness/breathing and full throttle insanity. Right now I'm not happy with the way it sounds (sounds kinda like all the doof-doof sick lancers with the exhausts ) but I'd say that has more to do with the poo cannon it has (x force or copy). -

Cool man let em know ya know me and you heard of em through SAU - I've mostly spoken to Grahame and he's the one that's been working on my car. If you head over there you should see my car lemme know how she's lookin They just told me my rattle (the one I thought was near the cat that I couldn't see) was the inside of the cat ha ha (need a new one). So adding a hi-flow cat to that list above Funny thing is, I think I know when it happened. Must have been when I was on the way there the first time and ended up driving the car in limp mode to their garage with all the flames flying out the back. I think that must have gutten the insides of the cat haha. I hope this ain't gonna be too expensive :Paranoid: -
FAT. Got pics? I'd say you need to roll your guards atleast. Probably spacers at the front. And a "fat" offset. My rims are 18x7.5 (or 8.5) and the front needed 20mm spacers to fit (the guards are already rolled). They wear 225/50/18 I believe. (Could be 235/45/18 can't remember). I reckon I could fit 19's with 35 profile so if you want to test fit on a cefiro with spacers and rolled guards I volunteer mine (save you rolling your guards only to find you cant put the wheels on). I'd love to see my car with 19's (the 18's don't look big enough ehh heh so for a dumped look if I could I'd get 20's). As for legality without engineering I don't know. I never was able to work out the proper thing (even after reading the RTA document about it) but... Duncan explains it pretty well here. The actual RTA docs are here - http://www.rta.nsw.gov.au/registration/dow...si/vsi_dl1.html And the wheel/tyre guide is here - http://www.rta.nsw.gov.au/registration/dow.../vsi09_rev4.pdf Good luck

R33: Suspension - Fitting Pineapples
someonestolecc replied to Lazy-Bastard's topic in Tutorials / DIY / FAQ
I got mine from the nissansilvia forums for $60 or so. The guy there was selling them as a trader so he had heeps. They're going in this week (read my story here) I'm going to ask them to be put in on the neutral setting. I figure my car slides happily at the moment so going any more to drift setting would be suicide (or track use only) and the squat setting would be ok for drag but that's not what my car is for. Has anyone had it on the neutral setting or drift or drag and care to comment on the difference? -

Woot latest update: Cromer Exhausts re-opened today and they said NO PROB car should be ready by Saturday easy. That's including everything on that list EXCEPT nark's tailshaft solution. I'm going to go back for that because by the time I get them pictures and stuff and talk it over with the engineer I won't make it for the cefiro dyno day. **** me they have good service. Thanks Grahame what a legend. (Hopefully I won't be selling a liver or whoring my ass any more than usual to pay for it.) Also I'm waiting to see how the car will go with the camber kit and pineapples installed. Any thoughts on the pineapple setting? I'm thinking of having all bushes installed on top so it's rigid but not ridiculous drifty or ridiculous squaty. -
I can't be 100% but if my car is out of the shop and in a drivable condition (ie it could be out of rego and not yet engineered) I will be in. Haven't had a chance to cruise with any SAUers yet Just out of interest considering I don't live near Thornleigh will there be a sub-cruise coming from Sydney or Northern Beaches to the Thornleigh meeting spot I could tag along with?

Ha I think that'd be very hard summoner. What's your latest figure?

That's sweetas. Any chance you'd be willing to give me the image minus the mech and "Void" for a splash image for a page I'm making at the moment? Big ask but that just looks too damn good
