Most tuners would know that sequentially firing a coil is alot better than waste spark as your firing twice as often with waste spark causing the coil to get much hotter and die sooner . But yes that problem is definetely the coil charge time which is adjustale on the wolf.

Also gotta machine the head to fit anyhing with larger lift than 9.8 i think it is .

The rb30det i know of is making 490rwhp with the r32 rb25na head so they must flow quite well. I have just ordered him rb20 tomei 270 degree cams with 8.8mm lift which makes them a straight bolt in. As the r32 rb25 head has no variable cam timing you have alot bigger choice of cams.

Don't try and fit them yourself unless you are quite exerienced with turbo swaps as i have seen people try to do there own gtr turbo swaps and taken days and days. Its quite an involved job requiring more than a socket set and a screwdriver. As for trust vs HKS the ball bearing units are far more reliable than the plain bearings. The trust turbos still use 270 degree thrust bearings which wear out very easily (especially at hight boost) and is no match for modern day ball bearing techonology in terms of reliability.

I would go the gt-ss as well as ppl have had good success with them. The sard 700cc seemed to be the cheapest injector out there and the power fc is also damn cheap now.

Toyota was also another manufacturer who changed from twin turbo;s on there 1jz to a single turbo version later on. You hear everyone talking about how much better the later model 1jz is with quiker spool , more torque , and more top end power so all this talk of twins coming on quicker , less lag between gears is utter bullshit.

Well Petie Pie .. i've been racing at plex alot longer then you believe it or not. Maybe not in this car but 2 other cars. And if its making 50rwhp less than ants you think thats gonna make it 10mph slower ?? I dont think so., Get a clue. Really. Oh and please, learn to spell.

With 627rwhp you'd be expecting more like 140mph than 131. Just my opinion. And no matter what u do the rb26 , cams , porting etc etc 627rwhp is still a hard figure to believe outta 2530's as thats nearly 800hp at the engine.

OK so hang on is that 466 rwkw's ?? If so then your making 624rwhp. Now. Someone please explain how you get that sort of horsepower out of 2530's when even 2540's would struggle to get anywhere near that.

Watch a few early HPI dvd's and see what sorta times the big singles are running on the gtr's . Yes the huge horsepower GTR's are running twins but thats due more to the fact that u cant get a single big enough to get the horsepower they want. Were talking street cars here not all out drag cars.

And the other big single turbo car you are talking about has a turbo 3 times the size of yours put together. We are talking properly matched singles here. ie.. gt35's , t60-1 etc etc Sus the dyno graph. Not bad for a shitty single. As for that other dyno graph on the twins. Funny how its getting shown starting at 115kms. Nice way to show a big average power graph.

I'm quite sure from what i saw it was on street tyres . And as for getting off the line and rapid spool i've seen yours bog off the line quite a number of times.

Really ?? I think a matched single works quite well. Jade Fishers r33 gtr single t60-1 ran 11.1 qm at 125mph with only 430rwhp . See you at Motorplex .

Stick with standard pistons. There good for 2000hp

Friend of mine with a rb30det is using wiseco's in his and they seem very nice. They are very quiet and come with good rings.

the 3540 spools up very fast on a rb26 with management etc if you wanna go for a single.

not worth the hassle and price
