    Quick update. On the dyno at Race Solutions. These guys have been fantastic to deal with: Engine Bay with new fuel reg, fuel rail, tomei cam gears and power steering cooler. Nothing too exciting but progress all the same

    Sorry should've been more clear! "Cockpit" is the logo I'm after. In some photos it's on the front spoiler. Sometimes it's not though it's weird

    So far I only be doing track days and the odd super sprint. Would I get knocked back with the Z214's at a supersprint? And where are you buying your tyres from?     Looks like the car will be ready for Circuit Club on the 7th of October. If you're out there and see a very slow, blue Skyline that will be me Looking forward to finally getting some time in the car and hopefully start working on those lap times. Back on the topic of the mirrors, the GKtech's don't appear to be suitable. Should I go for genuine ganadors? Are there any other options?

    Saw the BPG GTR out at Wakefield on Sunday. That thing is a f**king animal. They were also running an Rx7 and the chick driving was astoundingly hot.

    I like the Qstarz unit because it seems like it would give instant easy to understand feedback on the track. Green means fast, Red means slow. +/- 0.2 sec seems like a lot of a difference though, have you tested the times against a beacon timer? And with the video syncing, do you basically set the time of day on the video file, sync it with the GPS unit and match them that way?

    Also, how does it work out where you are on the track when you add the video file? Have you found it to be accurate? Just can't work out how the video and data logging lines up accurately without any data from the video file.

    Awesome! Is it fussy about what type of video files? Also, how bright is the screen in the car when it brings up split times etc.? I took my brother's car out to Wakefield yesterday which had an Aim dash, and in the sunlight I couldn't see a thing!

    Are there any dedicated gps lap timers that take video as well? That's why I like this app, but worried about launching my iPhone out into the back paddock of Wakefield though!

    Has anyone used that track attack app? Looks pretty awesome, although how reliable is the GPS in the iPhone?

    Was looking into a variety of options for gauges and rev counters etc. and thought it would probably be cheaper just to get a dash that does everything. I don't have a particular need for data logging, although it would be nice. after buying the dash, what sort of costs are you looking at to get it installed? I wanna see some photos too of them installed. show us ya dash!

    It has a crazy amount of power out of the box, the thing barely maintains traction on full throttle. Lots of fun to drive though Need a ute for work so it's perfect. Got the auto which I would recommend also, in performance mode it works great. Completely different driving experience to the RX7, but unfortunately I can't load shit into the back of the rotor!
