  1. if i cant bring the stagea for some odd reason i can come in the GTO anyway then ill compete with that Legnum If u dont want non stageas then thats cool but im just saying ill take one spot and use my gto if the stagea isnt running at the time (hopefully it will be going fine)

Hey dude i got the silver one with brembos im running my engine in at moment hence the slowness of it lol (4000rpm limiter), yours looks amazing mate i seen it before and commented on the looks, black is sooo nice So u bought Dale's stagea as well hey u lucky bugger. What area u from, north or south? i would love to see yours close up one day. Im the one selling the front panels soon because im going the 34 gtr front.

I dont know what power i will make in the future (depends if i upgrade or downgrade turbos), at moment it would max out at around 650rwhp (500rwkw) so a triple will do but i been reading and apparantly the quad is nicer to drive and only $200 more so its probably worth it. I dont daily drive the car so its not a huge concern either its only a weekend thing when i can be bothered taking it out.

I havent exactly used the car often in those 2 years (about 3000km all up) so i just put up with it but now i might actually use the car regulary i want it nice to drive, next is this shit off of a clutch thats sooooo heavy haha, looking at a os giken quad plate most likely, or a triple plate at a minimum.

  8. height at moment is at 350-355mm as per SK recommendations, its been bugging for years why its so damn stiff and rigid and i just checked the group buy thread a while ago and noticed i put in the stock bumpstops without trimming them and also put in the bumpstops sk supplied with my kit so in actual fact i got like an extra 40-50mm of bumpstop that aint supposed to be there lol, what an idiot i am, when i had it lowered to 330mm or so it was absolutely shocking, bouncy as shit, because it was on the bumpstops.
  9. hey Yudy, i have that kit already (have done since 2005) with whiteline springs and its been ultra stiff but i have worked out why now and i might not need new coilovers after all Yes mitchy is correct i would rather the threaded adjustment as its sooo much easier to raise and lower without removing the coilover from the car.

  11. its a stagea but has abit of a laggy turbo not suitable for motokanas and small tracks i dont think. It makes the power just not in the right rpm range. Looks like ill just have to rev the shit out of it instead
  12. my bunky might need 2 skidpans just to come on boost lol i think march is ok, mine will probably in the rebuild stage by then I have a fair few guys who would be keen as well if numbers are down.
  13. yes they are the same design and fitment but the stagea has a heavier rear end and i dont wanna use shocks made for less weight on the old heavy rear of the wagon i have a friend who owns a very large suspension shop in perth and he does bilsteins with the threaded adjustment and custom made setups so im gonna go have a chat with him and see what he has to say.
  14. greenline list one tein coilover for 260rs and its discontinued nengun list a few for rs four but not 260rs perfect run might be worth emailing and see whats on offer as they dont list 260rs at all (maybe because they are rare and dont get much buying interest)
  15. hey guys im chasing a set of brand new coilovers from one of the japanese companies ONLY. I want to know what types are available still? Im after a good set for track work etc with easy adjustability (threaded body, no circlips) and a decent ride without being stupidly stiff. I have Tein flex in my other car and they are very very low and are awesome handling and ride is perfect and not bumpy and annoying. I'd prefer damper adjustable, and height adjustable without effecting spring preload as well.
  16. Im still hunting down gtr front parts myself at this stage so that is whats deciding how long it will be. Honestly it will be around 2 months minimum before the parts are available, as i got a fair few bits to find and if anything is coming from Japan then they take 1-2 months alone just to arrive once i find the parts. So u can look around for other front end parts and if u need anything when im done then u can but dont wait around if other parts come up. hope u understand mate

Hey Nick, that was a stuff up from HPI (i think they mixed up the list of cars they had going in with ones they wanted featured in the future), they havent done anything since i spoke to Rick the WA photographer at motorvation last year. He said do a photoshoot just after the show last year but i wanted it tuned and makin good power and a drag time before they do the feature, so in the end the car shit itself before i could do it. I emailed Rick and he said let him know when its running again, but i still want those drag times and dyno figures, plus plenty of other bits (gtr front, rims, stack dash, etc) to add to the car before i think its ready for a magazine.

  21. hey Ken ive never had an issue with my radiator (rs four skinny sucker haha) on the dyno. Its never moved 1 degree when on dyno for hours doing power runs with 550-600rwhp. I dont think an upgrade is needed unless your one is stuffed.

Looking great Brycey, i emailed CCubed and he replied with great and info and pics, definately good customer service, gonna order the bits and pieces through him asap once i sort out what i need. I picked up a r34 gtr genuine front bumper yesterday from a mate for $300, the bonnet and east bear front lip fell through and is sold so i missed that dammit Im definately gonna go the lower lip, vspec or east bear one (i think they are the same?) to make the front lower. have u got little flares on the rear gaurds? is that part of the rear kit?
  23. is your car a manual or auto? do the rear shocks have a fork design on the bottom or a eye like the fronts do?
  24. what city are u in mate? sounds like u are in perth by lookin at your old posts. I will possibly have a set of front s1 headlights, gaurds and a slightly chopped front bar (looks fine just chopped behind to fit my 140mm thick intercooler) and also a nismo front bar thats never been fitted, and also some nismo sideskirts. I might sell the strut brace too if i get another aftermarket one. send me a pm and let me know how much u are willing to pay for the parts and ill see if i wanna sell them I wont have them available for 2 months roughly, until i sort out my r34 front.
