    R35 Gt-r In Sydney!

The white R35 GTR that is on the dock in Sydney is Just Japs and following the quarantine inspection will be at Just Jap tommorrow and is getting painted in Donut King Pink next week
  2. added new pics. Click the links in the first post.
  3. Thanks for the post but this thread was already done and it's still on the first page. Please check this thread to continue this discussion: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/To...07-t199576.html Cheers
  4. make an offer. 1 day to go before im in Japan and the price will go back to firm.
  5. Yep. Factory widths are 9.5" (+45 offset) front and 10.5" rear (+25 offset).
  6. Exactly. I don't know about the comment on Audi politics but the GTR was noted to be faster than the R8 in every way as well as being built better. You have to take the reviewer into account as he is the oddball in the equation here. He probably just isn't comfortable placing the European car behind a Japanese car.
  7. Sunline Racing have changed wheels and tyres on their R35 GT-R and set a new laptime at TI Circui in Aida of 1m 42s. Not everyone will agree with the wheel choice but it does look nice with dish at the back. Pics @ http://www.gtrblog.com/index.php?blog=4&am...p;tb=1&pb=1
  8. if it's not sold by Christmas 2008 you can have it under your tree then still for sale for now!
  9. Most likely. I do know the R33 GTR Trust kit for radiator bolts straight on to an R34 GTR as I did that myself when I had my 34 GTR. The differences will be minor if any.
  10. The fact that the gearbox is mounted in the rear has nothing to do with the lack of a manual option. As mentioned a lot of times in other threads, other cars have rear mounted manual transaxles such as the Corvette's from the C4 on.
  11. SOLD I bought this Trust kit for my car but i decided to go with the smaller unit as I don't need the big one and I need money instead before I go to Japan in January. This is a bolt on kit with no cutting required comes with: - 16 Row Trust Oil Cooler core - Sandwich plate for between the block and your oil filter - All fittings for sandwich plate - Correct length braided stainless lines with high quality alloy fittings - Hose wrap to disguise hoses and protect panels from rubbing on the braided lines - Air guides for fitting it in the inner fender area - All brackets required to hang the cooler - All screws required for the brackets - Fitting instructions in Japanese but with pics This is the inner fender fitment kit with air guides and is in brand new condition although I bought it second hand it looks like it's never been used. It's the simple non-relocator kit which means the whole cooler is invisible when you pop the bonnet basically. SOLD
  12. More parts prices published: http://www.gtrblog.com/index.php?blog=4&am...p;tb=1&pb=1
  13. Yes. It will be speed limited to 180km/h outside of Jap race tracks until they can defeat the speed limiter.
  14. There's one in Singapore too; photos and story at http://www.gtrblog.com/
  15. I wouldn't take that guys word for it. He's just made a random website of rumors and innuendo and stated it as fact so I'd probably ignore it and wait until Nissan say something official.
  16. Once a vehicle is imported for race/rally the chassis number is recorded and from then on that car can never apply to be complied or registered. That vehicle is only approved for import for purposes of race/rally and cannot be used for any other purpose.
  17. I can't see how you'd stand out in a crowd of small Japanese people! Might have to wear a red hat or something.
  18. Nah the red MCR time attack car still exists:
  19. You can already buy R35 GTR inspired front bar's for V35 Skylines from Yahoo Japan.
  20. Yep. Standard car.

  22. No. The Ferrari 360 CS may have done 1 minute but the standard 360 would not. You have your head up your ass if you think 1:01 is not fast. The Z-Tune is still faster but for a standard production car - not a tuned or lightened version - the 35 does well.
  23. It's going around the net right now that Tsuchiya has today driven an R35 GTR (the MCR car) to achieve a 1:01:931 around TC. Not much else to say except that apparently he is filming for a new DVD coming out soon - Best Motoring by the looks of the photo so can't wait until that is out. http://www.gtrblog.com for story.
