I was thinkn last night about when i unplugged the AFCII from my sky a while ago cos im strippn the car, has that now lost my settings and im guna have to get the prick tuned again? bloody hope not

I am undecided if i want a 4 door skyline (R32 only) as i have a GTST i need to swap into a GTS as i kinda hit some panels now if i get a auto will converting it to manual be hard in terms of tailshaft length? im hoping they are the same length. I wouldnt mind the extra room but dont want a car thats crap to drive, i have coilies to go in and im also hopn that i can swap those over without hassle the only thing that worries me is if the GTS still have 5 stud hubs, i spose i might need to swap mine over if not and hopefully thats no issues either. so yeh feedback from teh 4 door drivers , im thinkn of going classy and pimpn (no kit) just dumped with nice rims and DARK tint

I have heard rumours of fuel prices are expected to raise and extra $1 to 1.50 in the next few weeks due to the fact oil per the barrel is going up about 20 or so bucks a barrel... heard this on news and a dude on another forum mentioned also heard from an attendant at BP like owning a skyline wasnt expensive enough

Hey matey! Dont police officers carry one of those light detectors which tell the percentage of light transfer, in your case should be 100%.... thats all types of f*kd up, a majority of new cars now days have dark front screens

chasing a R32 GTS - not concerned about engine condition, dont care if auto or man. more concerned about body condition. Providing paint matches the km's im happy... any colour. dont want to really spend much more than 7K... not fased which state it comes from, just as long as it is registered and complied. im in the process of selling my other car in order to get the new skyrine for a project Dan.

your exhaust sounds pretty hot to blow blue flames, just a guess your cat is completly gutted and its not lowering exhaust temps and cos its rich yeh it ignites cos its so hot, turbo exhaust gases get pretty darn hot, especially the down pipe what pressure is it at man? i think mine used to sit under 40psi at idle and 40psi on hwy, depends on oil weight as well.

easier to get a full blown car, that way I can make some money back on spares... cos there will be alot!

where is the point? its a factory item which is plumd back into the intake just like the crank case breather line. Its legal so why bother.

Im swapping the gear from a GTST into a GTS and wanting to know how similar the loom is. I am hoping i can just plug and play with my ecu and motor. hopefully I can avoid replacing some of the major looms to the fusebox ect.. Im thinkn only dif will be the dash cluster due to the fact there is a factory boost gauge.

about a month ago i stacked my GTST 32, me and mate got some quotes and decided to fix the front ourselfs with a halfcut and get the rear end repaired with GTR guards and full spray..alltho we got further into the project last week to find its going to be too much work and cost too much with still at heart knowing its been in a bad way. here is some progress shots off attempting to straighten the front end, didnt do too bad a job but it got to a point we saw there was way to much bent. Basically we did the sums and its better off purchasing a GTS and doing a complete swap over and selling the left overs from the doner car and my car, getn some new mags and givn the doner car a complete spray. I have found a car I really want which is ex east and to be able to get it I need my levin to be sold, its on the market but until its sold I sorta gota sit on my hands. But we made a start over the past couple weeks so that is something. The total overall picture is to purchase a GTS, swap the interior, drivetrain and motor and tein coilies. Then its going to get tinted and some nice 18s slapped on it. But im going to be painting my FMIC black and hiding it a bit and keeping it looking NA. Sleeper is where its at two nissans in backyard in peices now haha! now look at passenger corner, lookn at bit more straight alltho there is more detail pics that wernt taken which tells other stories of bendage above the chassis rail. on another note i found out i had GTR calipers which i was stoked at! ok more progress, last night about 9PM me and my mate decided to do a bit more work on the skyline, it was almost like pimp my ride, just undoing everything and chuckn it out the car HAHA yeh boi!

i got my skyline 2months ago, got it checked out, loved it, clean. First thing i did was put new tyres on rear. so there goes my first 300 and so it felt bit gutless so I took it to get the AFC checked, it was running 155 rwhp! this is when I found out wrong settn was in the AFC and car was running lean.. First tune - $100 and i got a puncture on way so tat was 20bucks New 040 and re-tune and clean of AFM $550 but i came out 231hp and i had to gap my plugs and then it was running SWEET! until i got a flaty again on other side of car this time! LOL then about 1 week later it overheated! waterpump hadnt been replaced when I was told i had been. It cleary hadn't been when I saw the coroded fins and rooted innerseal. so tat was $380 so in about 1 month I had alleady spent 1400 buks almost. Then i had a depresed day and i spun out on the fwy in the wet and rode the car off. now i gota get a a NA skrine and swap my gear over and sell the spares and try to make some cash back. Car wasnt insured, didnt have it long enough to save up my premium in advance well thats my last 2 months.... but hey i still love the look, the handling and smoothness and response and i miss it:P

its auto as well, do u think thats going to pose as a problem when it comes geting the shift lever through the tunnel good point in regards to the 4 stud hubs, im pretty confident the front and rear hubs are fine, it just lower control arm was bent on drivers side. i assume that thehubs will bolt stright up to upper and lower arms. main concern was how different the arms are from GTST to GTS. so hopeflly it the same.

basically i crashed my gtst so I am purchasing a mint GTS i have found ex east for 6K and im going to swap over the tein coilies, GTR brakes, RB20det and all interior components.. my question is, does the GTS have the same suspension arms and hubs ect as the GTST. im going to have it look NA apart from interior and engine bay as im after a sleeper skyline basically.
