  1. youll be right matt, i just wont to run 9s and there isnt the room on the 32s.
  2. my cars sorted steve, they have been pumped out about 20mm or so hopefully get it within the week to start working on it
  3. yeah steve, they wont pump them only roll, it may go a little but fkall, they pumped their 33 and then needed to paint the rear qtrs
  4. geez, why run your own business if ya cant make money. i dont know if they do any dodgy work and its different if they do but they can charge what they like and its up to you if you buy or not, i wouldnt like to pay their rent or morgage for a high profile spot on one of the busiest roads in adelaide.
  5. city discount tyres ridgehaven can do it, and a few other tyre places, do you only need the lip rolled? as they wont do anymore. i needed mine pumped out 2cms or so and no one would even try it, so i had to get a pannel place to do it
  6. I have a brand new 35mm tial external wastegate, never fitted amd comes with all flanges, gaskets etc $300 email ahrns@senet.com.au
  7. im looking for a xf throttle body, email ahrns@senet.com.au if you can help
  8. email sent
  9. just poke it up under the heat sheild above the cat, thats what many of us do, its not important just has a warning light when a high temp is reched
  10. matt i ran a 1.84 60ft time with the 540s tyres they just needed a little tyre treatment to get them sticky, but them nittos are a bargain if i had 17s i but them myself.
  11. rpm and tillbrooks are both familiar with fitting and tuning microtech
  12. go for the slicks matt, just to see the difference, our cars dont have the full auto/high stall so they cant take the full advantage but with traction you can get a good time to show your power, i know i will go streight for some et streets or similar once my car is done to try and get some decent times. For the drags just remove the bov and put a plate over the hole, just for some fun.
  13. hey mate, not sure if they are the same, has 2 water pipes, and a place for the oil temp or pressure sensor i think, email ahrns@senet.com.au if you can
  14. i have a r33 one but im in adelaide so not much help to you, let me know if you can find one and need it
  15. they are completey different ecus, one plug and play the other a new loom or adapter(approx $400 from JEM efi) and much more setting up is required before you can run the engine. the motec has extra outputs allowing extra functions to be added, and full data logging can be used if it is enabled. I dont think the m4 has the required injector and ignition outputs to run a rb25 in full squencial mode, but you would need to check. New have no idea on the price, but if you need a ecu with the outputs/features they are more than worth the money, so are you going to use the data logging, wide band lamba meter, have thrmofans etc that need controlling. what do you wont the ecu to do?
  16. kier and munro were using OS 3 litre engines which would probably use the N1 block
  17. i was advised against it, i cant rememeber the exact rason but i think if you need to remove the head you need a new head gasket whereas the metal stopper types are able to be reused, ill try and confirm
  18. if it had the 600hp gt35 comp wheel i would buy it, let me know if you can change that too
  19. pm sent
  20. Martin, who is acctually tuning the willall car now, it does not seemt o have any reliabiliy or power problems
  21. For that sort of $$ id rather get the engine builder to put it on a engine dyno and run it in and then give it a full tune, then you know how much power you have and its alot easier to moniter everything if you could get 20 or so people and get the cost down to 500 or so then it would be a good deal for everyone
  22. nice work matt, youve got me ready to get back out there and my eng isnt even built yet
  23. if you wont to dip a little lower in price pm me
