  1. ill try and get some info for you just need some decent measuring equipment, i have rb25 and 26 rods, and stock and forged pistons for rb25. the rb26 rods are much thicker than the 25 ones in most areas and their weight difference is noticable
  2. my guess would be all the coolers are from the same place, and the Hybrid brand buys them with their logo on them the others just get them plain, Hybrid just got there first so everyone now thinks they are a special cooler and the other are copies.
  3. if you change to a new ecu then you should be able to use the std loom may just need to change a few plugs. You will need to use the rb20 engine mounts and as ken said the rb20 box will be useless, change it to a rb25 one first, the front pipes should be fine as the body is very similar.
  4. here is a pic, neg on price as well
  5. for some decent handling get some adjustable caster rods, fit new poly bushes to the front and rear, a hicas remolval bar and some pinapples to the rear subframe, then there is at least some adjustment there for you i can help with the lot also.
  6. what type of oil cooler do you use and what price is it seperately, email pics [email protected]
  7. I have a set of RB25 rods that have been linished, shot peened, resized and have arp rod bolts fitted to them. Much stronger than std due to imperfections in the forging, all work done is top quality. $500 basically the maching is worth more than this and you get the rods and arp bolts also, this is must do stuff in any engine rebuild im only selling as im chasing 600Hp and i got scared. email [email protected] for more info and i will post pics asap.
  8. i thought the rb25 plenum had it in a pipe seperate to the manifold so it could be used, unlike the rb20

  14. could you tell up what mods are permisable by ford to retain the full warranty, i have one and are wont to do a few basic mods once the skylines finished but need to keep the warranty
  15. dont forget the front its just as important as the rear
  16. Maybe not this year but Alonso, Kimi, Webber and Button are all very good drivers who will improve rapidly over the next couple of years into drivers who will dominate F1, really MS is the better driver at the moment in the best team, he has not has the best drivers with the experience to match him for a full season, only JPM in the last 2 years has challenged him along with rubens, the others have not been in the same class. The other will get faster very quick(hopefully) and we can have a season as good as last year.
  17. What tyre pressure are you running Matt? I found 20psi was the best after some testing, went as low as 5psi in the progress

  22. Joel Paint is the easy option, powder coating is better but much more complicated. they will need the sand blast before powdercoating them, after they are done you may need to clean out the inside.
