  1. I could but i would need a car, however a mate has a second hand one he is not using, i will ask how much he wants for it.
  2. I am going to be making some more strut braces soon, so if anyone else is interested in either a front or rear one and I get a few people i could do a special price. They can be made in any colour to suit your car. It will be a couple of weeks before they are made but I need to know if anyone is interested asap.
  3. I have a Turbo XS 34mm plumb back BOV with adapter. It is a lot larger than the standard one and is adjustable so it wont leak when boost is increased and dosent cause problems with backfires etc. It can also be used to vent to atmosphere if you want. Asking $270 in excelent condition.
  4. Thats for a 32, so a 33 would be about 1000 more going on the box price alone. Starts to get a bit pricey but auto skylines are very hard to sell also.
  5. nismogtx how did you use a r32 GTR throttle body, they have 6?

Start with a big front mount, and a full 3'' exhaust and a bigger fuel pump. if you are concerned about reliability i would get a HKS 2530 turbo or similar will easily produce that power at low boost whereas VG30 will need more boost and be unreliable. People have different opinions on the injectors some saying that they will get 220rwkw with only more pressure but im doubtful, you will probably need something bigger. Then you will just need a remap of the computer. If you up the car properly i would be possible to run mid-low 13's but many people have trouble with traction.
  7. considering the gearbox alone is about $1500 i would say the conversion would cost about $2500 all up. Probably try RPM, Jap Motorsport and Jaustech for a start, im sure they could all help.
  8. yep, with the the bigger bosch type pumps you need to let them prime for a few seconds before starting, just turn the key to on and wait for the pump to stop.
  9. I have a front and rear strut braces for a r32, i excelent condition, powder coated candy red. $150 each, would prefer Adelaide buyer as they are a bit hard to cod.
  10. When i went from a std cooler to a front mount with crossover pipe there was no noticable difference in lag, i am now making a custom plenum so i can make the pipe nice and short keeping the air cooler.

Provided the custom one is constructed in a way that it is tapered down towards the back there is no problem with air distribution as the throttle body does not feed directly towards any runners giving them more air. I did not notice any extra lag when i fitted my front mount with the long crossover pipe.
  12. No worries, im not to sure what they are worth, i will have ecu, afm and loom for sale but have to find out some prices.

  14. Has anyone ever tried to remove the entire hicas assembley, eg the pump, lines and rear steering rack. Is there anything that will affect the other parts of the car. I will be running aftermarker management and will make up adjustable rods for the back.

    Just buy a good one if you worried, shop around should cost about $250, you will need to find one if you want to put a pipe in it anyway.

  17. When i left you guys at the shell, on the way home corner of king willian and north terrace there was a nice 33GTS that had been hit in the rear quater/passenger door, not a pretty sight.

  19. the core on the gts looks about 22mm as well, looks like a couple of thermofans will be the go then.
  20. yeah i have a autometer gauge, on hot days when i had my front mount on it would get to about 100degrees. The stock gauge dosent really move. Seeing GTRs have a big front mount standard i thought they may have a bigger radiator.
  21. yeah but it know what it feels like to have that extra go with the coulpe of extra mods, but i cant wait till i get the big turbo with a lot of extra hp.
  22. Does anyone know if the std GTR radiator is bigger than the gtst one and if it fits in easily. Or are there any other cheap upgrade options to make the engine run a little cooler.
  23. ill try and get out on friday, havent been for a cruise for a while, the car feels too slow with the stock cooler and 10ponds of boost.

  25. I don think you will be able to get something that will be good for the strip and still provide good handling. You could try a set of whiteline spring and bilstein shocks, these are not adjustable but that are matched and provide really good handling. There not that stiff so you can get good traction. I can get good prices on whiteline stuff so let me know if you want any info.
