  1. Hi all, Now you now the gauge holder im talking about in the R34 GTT's (the triple gauge holder that sits above your centre air-vents). Basically i want to know if it would be possible to remove the three factory gauges from the gauge holder and replace them with 3 Defi gauges (the same type as factory, boost, oil temp & volts) using the factory wiring for the factory gauges. Does anyone know of this having being done or if it is possible? Cheers, Jace.
  2. Hi all, Have a genuine Nismo Instrument Cluster suit any R33. It also has the LCD screen in the middle of the cluster. You do need some hardware to run the LCD screen correctly (i think it's called the Epson EJ1?) however once wired up, the gauges and lights etc will function as per normal. I used to own an R33 but never got around to installing this in it, now I own an R34, so I need this gone. Price - $850, open to offers, this must sell soon! Cheers, Jace.
  3. It's not simply a "novelty" lcd, you can wire practically anything into it. I have seen people who have wired their GPS units into it, their radio/cd/mp3/etc into it. The screen is practically exactly the same as an R34 GTR mfd, it just doesnt have all the options such as a "g-sensor".
  4. will you do $600 posted to Perth? Please PM me your answer
  5. $950 including postage to wherever you are!!!
  6. Price drop $1100. Someone buy this. It isn't took difficult to source the relevant software/hardware for this!
  7. reinstall the game
  8. It is very difficult to monitor how many cars an individual is selling/buying, but at the end of the day, there is no limit per year. However, there are special conditions if you wish to become a dealer. Ie, dealers do not pay stamp duty (vehicle licence duty) when they acquire vehicles; they just pay the transfer fee of $14.70. When you and I buy cars, we have to pay the full amount for stamp duty. So, in answer to your question, there is no limit
  9. Make an offer, this MUST sell!!!
  10. Probably anywhere between $250-$500.
  11. These are the only photos i have on my work computer at the moment, so the one of the dash with 60,000kms on it is a different dash, but the same Nismo LCD dash. No, unfortunately I don't have the hardware for the screen, my brother took it off my hands and is using it for his own purposes. I used the dash/LCD screen in a track/fun car for a while, sold the car and kept the dash thinking i was going to buy a 33 GTR, but i ended up going with a 34 GTT so no need for this dash now. Make an offer, it needs to go
  12. Worthless thread? Seriously, what's the point of starting a thread becuase you got a defect notice due to parts on your car which YOU KNOW are going to end up getting you a yellow? You guys make me LOL
  13. Interested in seats aswell, PM me with price of seats delivered to 6062, Perth, Western Austrlaia.
  14. Dammit this is perfect for my R34 GTT >.<
  15. Hi everyone, I have a Nismo LCD Instrument Cluster lying around at home which I have no use for as I own an R34 GTT. The LCD Instrument Cluster can be used to display an array of things on the in-built LCD screen (like a lap timer, tacho, speedo, oil temp, pressure etc etc). This particular Nismo LCD dash has just over 100kms on it. As most of you know, these Nismo dashes are rare as hen's teeth. I've only ever seen one other pop up for sale on this forum! I'm after $1250 FIRM for this piece of Nismo rarity Please PM or text/call 0428 939 096. Cheers, Jace.
  16. Why should you have to tell us this? None of us are speeders, so none of us should have to worry
  17. I've blocked off the standard BOV in my 34GTT and it doesn't ever backfire
  18. Use a bit of WD40 on it if it's stubborn
  19. yeah each car is weighed indiviually before registration, but not on a yearly basis LOL. Each car is weighed when brand new or for a new rego etc. So the only real way to do it is de-register your car, strip it down to a bar chassis, weigh it, show us the weigh bridge certificate and pay rego on the weight of a bare chassis hahahaha
  20. Simply put, you can have a turbo the size of your head (if it's really that big haha), as long as it meets emission requirements and is engineered properly and passes the pits, then it's fine.
  21. Haha i wish i was a part of that display picture. Actually if you look really hard you can see me sandwiched somewhere inbetween their legs and bewbs haha.
  22. The cost of registration in Western Austrlia is calculated on the weight of your vehicle. To put it simply, the more your car weighs, the more you're going to pay. The most expensive i've seen rego go for is $17,000 for 12months for a mobile crane The weight of your vehicle on our records can vary because when each vehicle is weighed it can differ due to but not limited to stereo equiptment, aftermarket parts (some wheels may be heavier etc etc), how much fuel is in your tank at the time and so on. However in saying that, the difference in the cost of registration between a car that weighs 1300kg to a car that weighs 1500kg is not that much. Of course there are other factors such as coupe/sedan/4wd/etc, 4/6/8/10/12cylinder, as that all affects the insurance premium and insurance class the govt charges for compulsory 3rd party. That's the answer to your question, in a nutshell of course I should no, I work for the department
