Well if you're going to all the effort of fitting a stroker, you'll be sorting the head out too. Really, you won't be dicking around with "drop in's". Relieve the head and get some lift up it.

Can of worms there. A 250 KW 2530 turbocharged GTR either has something wrong with it or has 10 psi running through it. drop in means they fit without head mod (shimming doesn't count here). How does Tomei know what the user wants out of his setup?

Sitting there idling doesn't do anything for ring seal. Got to get the gases in behind the rings to push them against the bore otherwise they're just "going for the ride". http://www.mototuneusa.com/break_in_secrets.htm Give that a read.

Has the engine seen any load at all? Idling for 30 minutes is suicide.
