  1. ^^^ "I see you engine is knocking.... As aannnnddd I'm not gonna do anything about it apart from flash a light" Bah!
  2. Post the graph up Micko. It "should" put an end to the rediculous theory of peanut exhausts on turbo cars for "response".
  3. Not sure if being serious or not? lol
  4. Because it sounds homo.
  5. Don't talk sense. No one will listen with the BOV debate.
  6. You buying a Greddy for your car, Mike?
  7. When you pulled it off, were there 3 "washers" about 3 mm (give or take) thick between the CAS and what it bolts to. If not, there is your problem.
  8. Oh lines flag R's and the Nismo's are basically the same shock painted in grey and red. They're not very forgiving on the street. If you want to get the Ohlins new, Greenline do them, well they did last time I looked. The Racepace modified Teins are awesome. Having been in Nismoid's car when he had them in there, Definately worth considering.
  9. The whole shebang coming on earlier was more to do with sorting the pos "jap" exhaust out. Getting rid of the rubbish restrictive mufflers and mismatched pipes. Going back to the airbox was just something he did at the same time.
  10. Some open pods. Mmmm all that yummy hot air! It was a 33 though. Different design to a 32 box.
  11. ^^ *like*. Micko's old man changed his exhaust and went back to a stock airbox on his GTR. Overlay the graphs and it was 200 rpm everywhere. TOTALLY different car to drive. It went from a car which did nothing under 5000 rpm to be able to drive it quickly quite easily. 60mm. Do it. Don't forget you have a 2.6 too. A bigger engine you'd get away with it.
  12. 200 rpm is heaps!!!!
  13. Any plans to bring the mixed flow turbine wheel into other sizes apart from the 7163? If so, what would be the better ass end. The open scroll mixed flow or the twin scroll?
  14. Considering you only wanted 500-550 Whp, it's a not brainer. 60 MM wheel!
  15. Was with -5 housings machined out to suit.Married yet?
  16. No update. Car is still at my best mates workshop getting the boot seam welded and a few little bits repainted. OS88 should be ordered towards the end of the year. 3-4 month lead time with that though .
  17. Tougher springs? Makes sense... But where is "the limit"?
  18. Apart from the short nose crank pre feb 93, iirc, not much. Slight cam profile change in the 34 but nothing to write home about.
  19. You'll be needing more than one 044 to do 500 kw at the bags reliably too.
  20. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/32258-hks-gt-ss-vs-2530s-vs-trust-t517zs/ Bit of a dated thread but still a decent read.
