  1. It was a suggestion, Dan. Really, who would change cam timing and not have the car on the dyno?
  2. ^^^ if you ever got a ride in the car, you'd understand.
  3. Is that using a stock NEO camshaft too? Price?
  4. How much is a little? 20 ml, 50 ml, 500 ml?
  5. Driven an OS triple in a mates car. He is putting a coppermix back in it. Enough said?
  6. The turbo comes with a BOV already, use it. What's the point in adding another BOV when you have a BOV which has been given to you on a silver platter that will do the job at hand? You have already paid for it (as one of the EFR's "features"). ....Unless you want it to go "tututu" then that's a different story.
  7. You're going to run $25 a litre oil in a stock rb20?
  8. Yes, but that's the NON competition version... Hence the 640 ps power rating.
  9. Not sure if it was coincidence, but my primary feed pump got a bit lazy after I put the engine back together. It was sitting around for 10 months between when I popped the engine and got it back together. I only picked it up because the fuel pressure was falling and afr's were leaning out before the secondary feed pump came online. If you have a look for if, 500 working hours the 044's are rated at on E85 fuel.
  10. So IF buying new parts, the total cost from would be $3,850 if buying through the group buy? $3,000 plus the $850 or the intake gear?
  11. "Recommended retail is $3499 including GST. To complete the kit you need a Nissan RB25 Neo NVCS inlet pulley and solenoid. We can supply the new Nissan parts for $850 or used parts can be utilised as shown in pic 2." So ontop of the $3,000 for the group buy you still have to source the inlet pulley and solenoid?
  12. it comes with one on the turbo? Why not just use it how it was designed to work and spend that money elsewhere?
  13. Wahhhhhh!!! Fkn Pete spending my money!
  14. When I spoke to Yavuz about doing something similar, he said it was a head off job. Something to do with the oil feed for the rb25 gear. The HKS v cam you can see an external feed line which would be tapped in somewhere on the intake side I would assume.
  15. Does the head have to come off?
  16. It'll be interesting to know seat pressures you end up with. It seems overkill considering boost levels and rpm limits you'll be using though.
  17. Haha. Nothing planned but who knows
  18. There is a significant difference in how the car does it's thing, especially once you start dipping below E45ish. Would I go back to 98 only? No way, but the convenience of putting in whatever you want is worth it's weight in gold...long drives interstate etc.
  19. Lol.
  20. No fuel, no bang. Get that second pump on, Marko. It's been 8 months! Lol
