All the air the engine consumes must come through the comp wheel. If the comp wheel can only flow "x" amount of air, that volume wouldn't change, or would it?
Interesting, Dan. I agree, the 65 is still too big IMO. I really wish they would do something special with the turbine wheels.
Those 65's would be mint on a 3.0.
Winton is sick! Bit tricky around the "boobs" up the back. The "flip flop" then belt up the hill is mad too... Just don't look at the concrete wall on the left hand side. Haha!!!
I had a fairly new metal cat which I "bashed out". Tools required;
Big f**k off hammer
Oxy torch
Screw driver
Chisel
Lots of new swear words
Good luck!
The power fc "miss" generally happens coming away from a set of lights, for example. Low rpm, generally low load. Well, mine did anyway.
There is a decent discussion on here somewhere about it.
No, no you don't.
A system that generally hangs lower than it needs to, with peanut mufflers and a catalogue badge doesn't represent value for money in anyway.... Unless you like badges.
You have the ethanol content sensor. It's not like you need to map out where you have to fill up. When you can, great, top her up (maybe even take some jerries with you if you wish), if you can't... Well you're stuck on pootrol
You have paid for the sensor anyway. Tune it and use E85 when the opportunity arises.
You will hate going back to 98 after feeling what E85 does to how the engine behaves.
That's a very valid point, Pete.
Maybe just throw a R3C at it and be done with it.
Also, Brett pointed out that the OS88 is a push type setup. Which means that my pull type coppermix wouldn't have worked anyway.
What a cock in the bum hole!
