    You'll need a different flywheel for starters and tail shaft. As Dave said, you can buy a kit. With the exchange rate ATM it'll be about $9,000 give or take.

    Made up? Just buy a set of HPI, Midori or if you can find a set, Tomei Series ones. They're all 72 mm internal diameter.

    Duel springs for poncams? DEFINATELY!!! You'd be crazy not to to Atleast check clearances and adjust accordingly! Do it right the first time!
