  1. Item: Odyssey Battery. Model # PC680MJT Location: Georges Hall, Sydney Price: $250 Condition: Brand new. In the box, unopened Payment: Direct debit to my account, Or cash on pickup (if in Sydney) Reason for sale: Got it replaced under warranty but needed a battery then and there. I can’t use two battery’s in the GTR, so I’m putting the new one up for sale. How to contact: Via PM. PC 680MJT Specs: 680 cranking amps for 5 seconds 595 cranking amps for 10 seconds 525 cranking amps for 20 seconds Short circuit current over 1800A 17 amp hours 25 minute reserve capacity with 25amp load With metal jacket and automotive terminals Length 7 1/4" Width 3 1/8" Height 7 3/8" to top of terminal Weight 16 lbs - Nice and light for those chasing Kg's. I got a hand written note from "Battery Allsorts" at Girraween, NSW - where I bought it from saying that it's a brand new item. RRP through those guys is $320 I believe.

  10. I spose the tune would have a massive part in this. Mine lasted 7 years with anything upto 2.0 bar shoved down it... Only died because the oil pump had a hissy fit.
  11. Ill try and get the sheet. Or it could have been the power low end was the same but boost levels were pushed to the right a tad on the 5's. Leave it with me.

  13. There is one out at unigroup on the same car. On the dyno, they came on exactly the same but the 5'a made more grunt. However, to drive they were a TOTALLY different car!
  14. "Full boost at 4000" - what's full boost? 5 psi or 35 psi? "Full boost (unless pressure stated) at x" should have an auto correct on this forum. It means sweet FA! As for not making any grunt low end due to the 2.6 and city driving, throttle control?

  17. Would not having the gasses merging back into a single pipe have any effect on this like 98% of low mount GTR's out there are?In regards to the "tuned length" debate, wouldn't the gas pulses be all messed up after going through the turbine wheel?

  19. Just rang Terry. He said it may have got a air bubble in it. Give it a bleed and it should be sweet, if not, bring it back.

  24. That won't work in all situations. You're coming out of a second gear corner at 4000 rpm with a Horrible setup like RS's on a 2.6. You can't tell me you're gonna go back to first! So you plant your foot and choo choo all the way up the hill, while your mate with -9's blasts past you like you're standing still.
  25. Each to their own, but I couldn't think of anything worse... Waiting for your engine to make some meaningful grunt while a better setup package blasts into the sunset!
