  1. Absolutely superb. You'll be privileged to live nearby. Both Japanese technicians are experienced in RBs and rotaries. Speak slow to them though or ask Todd or Adam to translate/brief you. Kazu's been known to be able to change 5 sets of turbos in 2 days. If you're fussy on oils, take your own there. They used to use Elf Excellium SM like Powerplayimports did eg on the Z-Tune, but yes, take your own Motul there. They're servicing a blue R35 at Haberfield today. Charges for SAU Members is quite inexpensive, so take your Membership Card after they're set up in December.
  2. 10 called > 4 rushed > 4 saw > 2 drove > 1 bought
  3. Did you find what you wanted - as in a top quality item?

  7. I had one on mine which I sold 33 years ago. When I bought it, it was made by Aunger & I wouldn't know if they exist anymore.
  8. ^^^ very kind of you to offer and take inventory
  9. There's a common weakness in these... But if you're willing to risk it for your back's sake, you can... 1) brace the side that is forward most and 2) sit in the back seat and do a leg press against the side that's leaning rearward. Yes the hinge may possibly break, but that's the chance you take. ...unless your panelbeater has a better idea.
  10. JapLink and The SAU Clubhouse are relocating to Rydalmere over the next couple of months. JapLink will still be offering services at discount to SAU Members. JapLink have two Japanese technicians and they need more room. JapLink is no longer in the retail business of selling cars except through orders: so if you see something nice on auction.... JapLink will be installing a dyno. JapLink will still compliance & blue slip & pink slip cars. SAU Clubhouse on Grnd Fl, has access to a kitchen + 6 toilets + 2 shower-rooms + a view! Downside > next door is a gay establishment which I think is utilised at night - but I don't know - I'm heterosexist or whatever it's called. Their security has police cars going up and down the street pretty often - again; so I've been told Lol
  11. This 4+ year time capsule post still seems to apply to-day. In the meantime, good R33 GT-Rs are available IMHO at reasonable prices.

  16. Have you heard of a brand of tyre called "Master"? Supposed to guarantee 80,000Km > now that really begs the question, "How many damn Texis can I get out of a set before making a warranty claim?" Hahahaaaaa (probably conditions apply eh?)
