Have you heard of the term, "rattle the sabre"? I'd get someone in authority to send them a letter of demand or suffer the consequences of going through a tribunal with Fair Trading > see if the pair suddenly turn up. Did the stickers & other paraphernalia arrive in sealed bags? And thus were two bags molested?
