  1. If you upgrade your radiator, it will help with cooling, but if your not doing any serious track work, there is not much point... But dosen't hurt to change it either. You might want to check your water pump, but I doubt it will be the problem. On a hot day, your temps will always sit alittle higher then on a cooler day. I would keep a look out for your oil temps too... Does it go up like your water temp or is it sitting at a regular temp?
  2. Then you open up the throttle and watch your fuel go down... LOL! For sure, VQ35DE's have a massive amount of potential to done up
  3. Nissn Skyline V35 Usual mods, exhaust, air intake, suspension, wheels and body kit. Nissan Stagea M35 Usual mods, exhaust, air intake, suspension and VIP Style or go 260RS = RB26DETT. Toyota Chaser Usual mods, exhaust, air intake, suspension, wheels and body kit. I could turbo the V35 but since just for crusing just keep it N/A.
  4. I like the M35's. Nice clean looks with tuff lines. Not sure about this blue colour with gold wheels tho, looks abit ricey to me... Maybe with a set of silver wheels with some dish would look better... What you think of this? VIP Style FTW!
  5. Hmmm... I might have to bring out GTRHKS when its ready to make sure it can still hold the title...
  6. I'm with TPG atm and they have upgraded my connection to ADSL2, but I still need to get my router up and running. Yes the are good, and I have friends who went from iPrimus or Optus to TPG.
  7. Yeah for sure man. I see where your coming from and yes, some ppls wallets are not shy... Hehe!! As for getting the R35 GTR, we in AUS seem to be getting the s**t end of the stick IMO, Local Nissan dealers have already delay'd it till March '09 when they were pushing for late '08 (from memory). A handful of private imports have been spotted and are legal running road cars but I assume they are all restricted, as in speed limiter and things written in Japanese (unless you can read Japanese)... So I will wait for about a month and hope fully we get the grand opening of the R35 GTR. Then again, when the first 100 R32 GTR's hit the shores of AUS, they were all sold as I was told and back then you paid $110,000 for what it is...
  8. ^^Good stuff! I use Tectaloy 100 radiator coolant, which is pre-mixed and designed for Turbo cars. Also if you want to enhance your cooling in the engine bay, you can install a R34 GTR V-Spec II carbon fibre bonnet as they have a NACA duct positioned above the twin turbo system and it would give you extra cooling. They are a straight fit bolt on. Unless you have a V-Spec II than all is good...
  9. I asked about it one time and from memory it came to the conclusion that it does the same thing as having AFM's. Or rather there was not much of an advantage, as the APexi Dejectro was monitoring the Air Flows, insted of having AFM's. But if your having trouble finding an AFM you could use the eManage Ultimate...
  10. Take it to your mechnainc and do a radiator coolent flush. Then top it back up. Yes, when you 'fang' it, the temps will rise abit but nothing too serious.
  11. Ha! I thought you would have already know this Jamie? 485 ps Carbon Brakes Overboost Forges alluminium wheels Bilstein uprated suspension + More For £115,000 = $250,942.67 AUD (Approx) So an extra $90,000 to $100,000 AUD (As the standard R35 GTR you pay about $150K to $160K) you get whats listed above as opposed to the standard R35 GTR of what we will get. Not a fan of the wheels and the new exhaust tips tho, from memory they are NISMO upgrades and they could have done better. I believe the car will be a lot more refined, but are ppl willing to pay it?
  12. Cheers
  13. ^^LMAO! It was done quite well too.
  14. You still should have the stock Oil Temp gauge... Anyway... I was just wondering, again car looks nice and pic number 3 looks the best.
  15. Do you mean running the car with no AFM? If so I have seen a R33 GTR with a APexi Dejectro and there is no AFM's and also SAU member DSTROY has one and you can ask him about it.
  16. ^^ Yeah close... I say they are the same engines. Carlos Ghosn current CEO and President of Renault in France and Nissan in Japan. Guess what ever he says goes...
  17. Take you inner door panel off and its probley just a loose clip that has come off... Skylines have a lot of plastic clips and screws and over the years they come loose, assume its normal.
  18. MattD, you would donate (Pay) $500 for a Chuck doll / Plush toy?
  19. Looks friggin tuff as! Raised bonnet FTW! Hows the temps in the engine bay? The oil temps should be slightly lower too... See if you can get some rear pods for the rear bar too.
  20. The R33 GTR wheels really do suit the R32's. But I still stick to the R32 wheels for R32 as I like thicker spoke wheels.
  21. Nah man Nissan will rip you off big time, just get a (300ZX) Z32 AFM from any aftermarket place afew hundred dollars as some has said on here. I don't think you will need a tune, but you can run it on a dyno just to make sure.
  22. The Cobra made about 129 kW Max.
  23. LMAO! If thats one of the Ferrari's they used, then its 100% fake. It looks terrible!
  24. LOL! All cool Liam.
  25. Ah yeah! Doh! G35!!! Nissan Skyline V35 = Infiniti G35. Thanks Llama!
