  1. So where was I wrong sorry? I never said how much they were to buy... I said no one would by a car that costs 5mill. Hence they are selling them at a loss.
  2. Not trying to start an argument. But that is a BIG BIG call.
  3. If you have that money you do not buy a datsun... Either way, these cars are costing VW some insane amount to build, as far as I was aware they are not making money out of these, as no one will buy a 5mill pound car... So they are loosing a LOT of dosh on them. They are absoultly insane.
  4. He will probably call you tomorrow morning
  5. Just go down to Jim Berry and swap it... He has (or used to at least) have a few of them in stock already machined.
  6. If you dyno it in 2nd That or go a REALLY wild tune that will blow the motor within a week.
  7. ~165rwkw. I've got simliar mods, but without the front mount, and 2.45958584584psi less boost, and 152rwkw, and with just a Dr Drift chip, that hasnt been dyno tuned to get every last bit out of it...
  8. A lot of natural gas busses up here in Brisbane... Not sure if they would have them either but hey
  9. Two things, busses arent all that cheap, not here in Brisbane anyway. They ARE NOT enviro friendly. Burn them. I want to drive on the bus lane!
  10. Just as long as you didnt get them kumo things. They are dangerous.
  11. You unplug them with the motor running. When you unplug the one and it makes no difference to the engines running/sound, thats the one that is shagged.
  12. Can I ask what might be a silly question. Understanding they are a full on race motor. But how do rally cars get their crazy torque figures, also considering they are apparently on a limit of 300hp... I mean they are 2L engines as well 4cly yes but still. Its BUCKET load more torque. Im quite happy with my RB20 90% of the time so it doesnt worry me. Im simply interested to know.
  13. And do you have 200rwkw? Maybe at the fly, no way at the wheels.
  14. LoL that is amazing. You had them both up forsale for so long then within a week both are gone! Mirage auto or man?
  15. If you do go the sub, and keep the 6x9s just make sure you turn off the bass from the 6x9s, it will wreck your sub bass otherwise.
  16. I replaced my lines as they were/are getting quite old. Id guess Jasons car isnt a whole lot newer. Its if the lines need doing you replace them with braided for the slight extra cost.
  17. Rear camber adj bushes... But track and drift set ups I feel SHOULD be almost identical. Someone once said to me drift is meant to be fast, and to go fast you need lots of grip. SK has said before go for a grippy track set up, and for drift just make that rear anti roll bar a bit stiffer. Then when you are at the drags, just let the tyres down a bit 18-20psi or there abouts. My mate got a 0.5sec increase in time from that alone (VY SS auto ute almost stock, I mean its a consistant car).
  18. Ring an engine builder
  19. Really I guess you want to try and get most of the sound up through the front speakers. As technically that is where the sound is meant to be coming from. And midbass is a biggy, but I dont know how your going to go with the limited amount of power. Depending on how far you want to go, probably an amp and new front speakers would be handy. Probably wouldnt cost THAT much. My thoughts anyway.
  20. LoL, I know man, but you didnt reply to two PMs you near broke my heart So Im just making sure you dont forget about me, that is all. Thanks tho!
  21. Also Jason when I get my car back, its also just got on it all new slotted rotors, new pads, braided lines, and I got the front calipers rebuilt. So I can let you know if thats worth it.
  22. Personally, if the product or service is late, and you havent told the customer it will be late (12days and counting in this case) no matter how big or small the order is, you should be WELL prepared to cop a fair slaging on the chin, and not chuck a sooky la la at the customer. You stay calm, explain the problem to them, appologise like nothing else, make them happy. Then hang up the phone and call them whatever you like really if you havent told them whats going on, it is bad customer service and you have asked for it. Even if they are spending only $10, you dont know how much they have to spend in years to come. End of it, no customers, no money, no money, no food. That said, there are also ways of asking for things. There is no need to be rude to people. But still customers are who pay the bills, you do not piss them off.
  23. But it had better not have a front lip attached to it! BTW I know people in WA... lol!
