  1. also forgot my other other car '91 AE93 Gti - 100kw 4AGE POWAHHHH, just fixing it up mechanically and it should be back on the road soon (new clutch, cv's, tie rod ends and rack ends)
  2. Thought this would be appropriate seeing as some people have nice cars other than Stageas This is my non-stagea: '87 S2 R31 Silhouette - manual and watanabe rs-8 wheels with import front struts (might go to s1 stagea front callipers some day) So lets see what you have!
  3. maybe matt can get autobarn to provide a prize to the fastest? (a new clutch maybe haha)
  4. Ok folks the first round of test and tune is on soon, 24th of September soon http://www.boostcruising.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=754568&st=0&gopid=1287708903entry1287708903 some info in that link for you all Would be wicked if we could get some stagea's out and make a meet of it if people are keen i'll organise a meet up and we can cruise down together (from launceston, hobartians can work something else out) Let me know if your keen to come, i think its about $50 to run all day!
  5. back in qld for the week driving the good old r31 loving the sun and the rb30 torque
  6. yeah i couldn't find the proper ones, but they were cheap too
  7. i heard someone say something about 370z injectors the other day http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/440cc-High-Impedance-Injectors-CLIPS-Nissan-370z-VQ37-/280646107260?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4157cfc07c#ht_2322wt_907 apparently they are drop in for rb25 neo motors just thought i would add this seeing as injector upgrades were mentioned
  8. best bet is to pm iamhappy, he has a fwd 5 stud converted, vq35 running n15 (or maybe n14) pulsar so he knows a bit about nissans and a bit about vq's (but probably not all that much about vq25's)
  9. i've been to a few places that say they can get anything crc but all have a blank look when i tell them what its called might have to keep looking, maybe i'll try jaycar for something next time in in there
  10. you can kinda guess whats going on, i can't read jap but you get the idea of what they are talking about in the tables well mine came with a pos stereo (not installed but the 1st aus owner gave it to me with all the bits and pieces that came with the car) i would have guessed that some of the heavily optioned dayz cars would have came as type-b cars
  11. note to self, lower my 31 asap any idea of what shocks/springs that was running?
  12. where do you get it from tho i can't find anyone who even knows what it is
  13. looks like cold pack got you an lsd and whats with the type-b's? i wonder how many of the rs4s's are actually type-b's?
  14. i wouldn't smooth the surface at all it will be nice and flat at the moment but as soon as you hit it with a file or something its going to become uneven i'd leave it to a last resort if you can
  15. http://www.boostcruising.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=757478 after reading that, it seems like the non brembo single calliper 350z brakes/murano brakes could be a good upgrade for s2c34/m35 people 324mmx28 and really cheap, only down side is that its only a single piston calliper but if you want to upgrade but don't want to spend $$$ on brembos/r34 brakes or have to buy/change wheels this could be a good solution
  16. I know. I'll probably get some one day. I'd try them on soon but uni is super busy atm
  17. hmmmm, these would sit pretty well on an auto stagea don't think i can justify the $$$ for low offset wheels again
  18. do the syn-x 3000, for $35ish you can't go wrong
  19. amayama, $10.50 i think delivered part number 1181241B00 for rb25neo
  20. were they the same front and back or slightly different just trying to work out if they would be awd compatible
  21. what size are the tyres front and back?
  22. amayama: AUD$3 (plus postage, waiting to hear how much) launceston nissan: $25.50
  23. i might have to give them a go urrrr, durrrr, ummmm, stagewhaaaaa? import duhhhhhh whaaaaa? i'll see what they can do, i think i found the part number on fast the other day too
  24. probably a dedicated touch screen doubt the normaly ones would be able to control the mouse (no clicky) pretty sure there is a car pc thread somewhere
