  1. When we "had" to flag for the MSCA you basically had to do a stint for about 2hrs of flagging.
  2. If I can even drive my car by then I have committed it to Autosalon plus I just can't justify $165 for a track day where you have to flag as well. Plus my wife gets out of hospital that day so I will also be needed by her for a while. But I understand Ben will be there as well as he was disappointed with the conditions at the Maserati day.
  3. My Winton updated to 1.39.4.
  4. This is mainly for Roy as I know he's itching to go back there. Sunday 1st May - Sandown. Held by the Alfa Club Entry Form here: http://www.alfaclubvic.org.au/Upload/Docum...0-%201-5-05.doc Sup Regs here: http://www.alfaclubvic.org.au/Upload/Docum...0-%201-5-05.doc Entries must be in by April 21st. You have to do flagging during the day Its also cheap at $165! :kick:
  5. Dave - that was Blaises skid rubber you saw. He has some track rubber as well.
  6. Blaise - I must say you fit in perfect with us so you are a welcome addition. We already have a TX5 member of Team Wang so we ain't carist. Am thinking now we may have to include Morwell in the championship just for the weekend away. We'll all go spend some time with Emre and the tripplets!
  7. Lee Wilson - 1.38's. Not on here.
  8. Weekend was great. Team Wang at it's best. Saturday night will be remembered for a while. A few new inductee's to the club as well - including a star performance from our new WRX Wang member. Fair skills with the skids I must say. As for the racing part of the weekend, that was pretty good too. For those that lasted the whole day there was plenty of track time and I think everyone enjoyed the track as it is somewhere you can have a bit of fun at rather than being half scared to death. I think the new guys - Jarrod, Dave and Tom all enjoyed themselves as well. Just disappointed for Archie as he was really giving it a go out there for just his 2nd track day. But overall a very enjoyable weekend. Thanks to all that made it so.
  9. Just a reminder that this is on tomorrow night. Hopefully we should have some entertaining footage from the weekend to show as well.
  10. The list has been updated. Looks like we are all running together boys. Should be fun.
  11. Also Boys and Girl - the aim for those leaving "early" on Friday is to meet at the Petrol Station (Mobil?) / Macca's just before the start of the Hume at 3pm. Should just stay ahead of the worst traffic then and get to Benalla around 5pm in time for Happy Hour.
  12. No your not - Blaise is also staying on Sat. He's keen for a drink.
  13. BTW - bec. Blaise is by himself.
  14. That is the correct number Troy so Im not sure what the problem is. Thats the number I used anyways.
  15. Passenger Session WILL be on. But there is a self imposed ban on Snowman partaking in them. The threat of being charged is just not worth it - for a while at least. Tom (and anyone else) there will be heaps of spots left. This will be a pretty small field - which is great as it means you will get a lot of track time.
  16. He ran out of fuel??? He's so special.
  17. Jarrod - I'm guessing as far as the SAU championship goes you are still in standard class? Your not running semi's or bigger turbs right? Looking forwards to seeing the S4. Hopefully it has a bit more success than the B4 at the last round!
  18. I have my brand new digi cam corder Roy. Has a bullet cam as well for some different angles. Had already planned on whoring it around at Winton for anyone that wants it to try and get some good footage together for MAS.
  19. I want to give this a go but want to do it at Heathcote. I think we need to organise a Heathcote day in the near future. Time to send Ash an email as this has been in the works for AGES.
  20. It's ok Troy. I'd be no fun if you had finally seen the light. We'll still wait for the 1.25. I know the track wasn't ideal but 5s is a big jump.
  21. I think the best part of the day was the fact the Troy finally got to learn that on the track the GTR is king. He's experienced it first hand now and so now maybe he can go back to Sydney and tell all those other muppets that they have been wrong all along. LOL.
  22. Nice one Adam. Handling mods are always highly rewarding.
  23. Entry list is up. Good to see the big SAU turn out so far - just 2 of us! LOL Just me and Ant. http://www2.wrx.com.au/forum/viewtopic.php?t=18736
  24. Fair effort really for a relative newbie to WRC. http://www.wrc.com/page/BreakingNewsDetail...~649886,00.html http://www.wrc.com/page/BreakingNewsDetail...~649892,00.html
