  1. What ECU and what car? You'll most likely find someone's already documented your ECU pinout.. I know I have the diagrams for R32/R33 GTR ecus
  2. In my R32 GTR, I've decided to run: Gearbox: Redline Shockproof Lightweight Front Diff: Redline Shockproof Lightweight Transfer Case: Redline High Temp ATF Rear Diff (LSD): Redline Gear Oil 75w90 gotta love www.performancelub.com
  3. I never managed to find the part numbers for the N1 ducts, ended up buying UAS deflectors which are a nice bit of kit. Just for refernce sake this is what the N1 ducts should look like:
  4. Generally you pack the catch can with steel wool, steel wool does a great job of catching the oil inside the can.
  5. My TPS (32 GTR) at full throttle is 3.7v, and 0.4v at idle.. range is different with every car.
  6. I'm interested in seeing what a RB engine does to a timing belt over the course of its life, especially what condition the belt is in after you've pulled it out from say a 100,000km service. If you have any pictures, can you also put how much km you did on the belt as well.
  7. I've read afair bit in R32 gearbox oil capacity and it seems non-GTRs take around 3.2l to 3.6l (I thought it was the exact same box as the GTR), R32 GTR Service PDF says 4.1l, whereas the few R32 GTR posts I've found have said they put in 3.5l to 3.8l, maybe even one instance of 3.4l with Redline Shockproof. I've got a R32 GTR and I brought 3.6l of Redline Shockproof Lightweight to do the gearbox and am worried it's not enough.
  8. Had same problem with my passenger side indicator, just wiggle it side to side and pull it towards you.. i had to use alot of force, my drivers side comes out easily in comparison
  9. Anyone running Motul in either front or rear diffs in their GTRs?
  10. http://www.turbobygarrett.com/turbobygarre...9R_707160_9.htm
  11. How much are Project Mu A1RM equivs to suit front R32 GTR (non-brembo) brakes?
  12. They are cheap because unlike the -5 and -7's, they don't come with wastegates, have to buy them seperate
  13. Don't forget to clean the oil off the inside and outside of the pipes where they join with each other
  14. When adjusting the damper, does that corner need to be jacked up or can you adjust it with the car still on the ground?
  15. Snell M 2005 helmet, are they cams approved for circuit racing?
  16. Ryco z145ais the r32 & r33 filter, r34 uses a smaller filter (ryco z442). This is what ryco recommends anyway: here
  17. The caps at the very back of the engine the breather hoses attach to?
  18. If it's leaking externally, the outside of the injector will appear wet/shiny especially around the injector o-ring
  19. 121psi is the absolute bottom limit for the r32 rb26dett, the service manual hints at a complete rebuild
  20. I got a second hand autometer gauge i wanted to switch the old style bulb out for a led.. how did you get the bulb out of the holder?
  21. Go on and on and on about de-squeek........ how long would it take to get the current pads out, take the shims out (clean them if you want, not necessary though) and put lithium or copper grease (heck any thick grease) between the shim and pad like the Nissan service manual says so. put the shims back on and slot the pads back in.. wouldnt take longer than 20 minutes each corner if you were taking your time
  22. probably + is 6% richer and - is 6% leaner than stock. What mods have been done to the car? and what setting has the unit always been set to?
  23. Genuine HKS split dumps or everyother dog who has copied HKS, style split dumps? If the latter you should be most worried about them actually bolting on without modification. It's been done though, check the fabrication threads.
  24. WTB: 17x9 wheels all around or 17x10 all around, with or without tyres, please PM me
  25. 400kw daily driver or 400kw track car? A daily driver I think you can get away with running quality trans fluid like Royal Purple, Motul, Redline etc. As for track car is another story, cheapest option would be to just keep buying nissan 5 speed as they die, since even replacement gear sets by PPG, OS Gilken etc aren't invulnerable.
