  1. Read the first link again, and look at the paper trick, if the paper trick works then you need to take the blend door servo motor out and resolder the existing broken dry solder
  2. Anyone have the partnumber for Nissan's LLC (long life coolant)
  3. If it was done properly, should have drained the coolant out the head by the cylinder block drain plug (I assume it's in the same place as the rb26, a real pig of a location with the rb26 at least). Is your coolant milky brown? Bear in mind these 2 pictures are from the R32 GTR service manual, procedures should be the same for the rb20 i would guess.
  4. iirc, I think if you look underneath it says it pulls 4amps.. could have been 4ohms.. just remember reading 4 something
  5. From what I understand, theres usually more coolant in the block than there is in the lines + radiator combined. I would scrutinize how the exactly the flush was done.
  6. Anyone got the partnumber for the Nissan LLC (long life coolant) ?
  7. I don't suppose anyone knows the part number for the Nissan longlife coolant (LLC)?
  8. Actually as far as I know, if the N1 ducts are different from these Nissan air guides, I don't think RHDJapan lists them. Though if someone had the part numbers for them that would be handy
  9. Are you running boost while the engine is still cold?
  10. if the revs won't go over 3k, it's a safe bet the ECU is in limp home mode. Search how to put the ECU into diagnostic mode and pull the error code(s) from it
  11. Now that I think about it, putting the dimmer wire on the climate control is a bad idea, since you would need the climate control always turned on.. I didn't think about that consequence since my CC is always on. Stock headunits have a dimmer function iirc, if you have a aftermarket headunit just look for a wire not connected (im guessing nobody keeps the dimming function with A/M decks)
  12. A little over $240 delivered for left and right
  13. The question is, to go with the unique autosports brake air deflectors or a set of these N1 brake ducts (latter being cheaper) ?
  14. This is probably what your after, keep the solenoid in high-boost mode no matter what RPM: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/HO...ost-t42895.html
  15. Standard wastegate pressure is 10psi (well on my 32 GTR anyway)
  16. Idling at 2kg/cm^2 isn't necessarily bad, if the oil is cold expect the pressure to be higher than normal
  17. Did you re-use your HKS elbows (between the filter and MAF) or use the Apexi elbows to attach your apexi filters to?
  18. My question is do these come stock on all R32 GTR's, or is it something only R32 V-Spec's got? http://www.rhdjapan.com/jdm-low/Nissan-OEM...ide-BNR32-22073 Having trouble picturing where they go, and do they do the same function as the Unique Auto Sports brake air deflectors? I'll see if this works:
  19. Someone else posted this in another thread, good thing to keep saved somewhere.
  20. Search Apexi's website, there will be english instructions if you look, or even google.
  21. Does anyone find it strange RB25 AFMs are being used with a RB26, how do they compare to GTR AFMs?
  22. Read this and do everything here before wasting your money on something that probably won't fix your problem: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/R3...rk-t236745.html and the climate control self-diagnosis in more detail: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/R3...old-t93814.html
  23. Any of the jap gauges, the sandwich plate to connect the aftermarket gauge is as important as the gauge itself, the cheap chinese ones (cooling-pro) ect. aren't exactly bolton and known to leak.
  24. If you can, get your hands on a stock R32 GTR ECU, see if it still happens.. sounds like a boost leak also
