  1. Nice work again Dunc. Martin, might need to try one of your tunes. My Cobb arrives this week.

  3. Seb, you've got everything for that damn car of yours lol Vbox lite up and running as per Dunc. Lame early video runs look good. Getting it hardwired to car for power, CAN bus and video out for the dash screen. Seb, would you mind emailing the gtr scene? Yes the analysis software for the lite seems to have much of what you are talking about with the pro. Very good. Very interested in suspension setup for the r35, might start a separate thread.
  4. Hopefully Chris from audio express sees this thread. I might point it out to him. He hasn't mentioned anything to me about it yet though.
  5. Good to hear Martin. Eager to see some testing back to back
  6. thanks Dunc. will be looking to make the move to slicks soon.
  7. just had moorooka nissan fix this for me last week during the POS. perhaps your guys can call moorooka? they cleaned down the interface between the rotor and hub and applied grease. not there anymore. I am not sure how long this fix lasts as some people have this recur.
  8. always hard to judge in car videos for performance. he certainly does flick it into the corner and slide it around though.
  9. any issues running these directional tyres backwards on a perfectly dry track? QR is trashing my front left tyre. I guess I am lazy and dont wont to swap the tyres on the wheels unless I have to.
  10. car in for POS today, service manager was telling me they have 400 dunlops sitting in a warehous in Vic? not sure if this is BS but he is usually pretty straight up. prices from the delarers might be a little better now, but are no doubt more than the $2600 you could get them for elsewhere.
  11. yes, 370Z. in fact having POS today at a centre different to where i purchased the car
  12. good results. will be interested to see how it feels on the track
  13. thanks Dunc/Martin. will get confirmation from the yanks about a few things but might give their wheels a go once I confirm specs/prices. are you producing those front splitters yet Martin? would be keen to get one if you were happy they did the job.
  14. haha no problem. it was a pleasure. felt funny driving at 7/10ths though congrats on the awesome sprint laptime in the s2000. is that thing street legal?? LOL that 4cyl is smashing all the 6's, 8's and turbos out there as for the ROTAs - they are so cheap! Duncan certainly is a convincing arguement for them. I have been on the phone to Ryan from Jongbloed in the states today. he reckons his rims allow for good brake clearance due to custom design, and seems happy to stand by his product. the GOTO R35 team over there have used them without any concerns plus he will make any size, offset. come in anodised black too
  15. Hey Martin, How did the Te37's go for brake clearance in the end? trying to decide between the rotas/TE37's. thanks
  16. After second hand Michelin slicks A few r35 guys running them around the place esp in NSW michelin 27/68/18 anyone in Qld know a contact or best way to get some? thanks
  17. you should be able to have your GTR serviced at any HPC. Even the POS services (lol everytime I hear myself say POS to the nissan service guys)
  18. haha, yes, best solution for poor rear seat quality - remove them.
  19. thanks for that. Car will do well, not sure about the driver though. will send pm as have not yet received reply
  20. well done Martin and co.
  21. Congrats Dunc
  22. Keen to get along but not sure how I can book. Website says details in email but I get no emails from the time attack site Paul! Anyone able to forward the booking contact/info?
  23. fluid went in last night. I have to get a better hand pump! VDC light went on whilst running through the gears but disappeared shortly after. Nissan service guy states this likely related to the wheels spinning at different speeds on the stand and not to worry! they have been quite helpful really, considering I am no expert and probably in their eyes have no right to be working on the car. Driving well today. no real difference in the way the car feels or sounds. Hopefully my tranny holds up otherwise I will have to plead for your help Martin!
  24. Martin, I appreciate your advice and experience. I hear good things about the Willall Tranny oils If I run into trouble I will be more than happy for my transmission to be the 'poster boy' of what not to use!
  25. sure
