  1. More pics of the sump Completed cardboard mockup I made a mount (high tech treated pine), so I could mount the oil pickup asif the pan was connected to the block. It's no wonder they run bearings. The pickup will be moved to the middle of the pan. I got it all cut out in steel. only have cut 1 trap door hole so far, need to to cut the others out, weld the hinges on, then put it all together
  2. So for $470 you'd end up with the same thing as the $700 kit?
  3. This is the one I was looking at, which is Chris Rogers from what I can tell Cruise
  4. speed limit on the factory one would be a pita, considering i'd sit it on 115 on the highway (after i know the accuracy of the speedo). I think the chris rogers one was the one i saw. $700, and the controls look like genuine nissan ones.
  5. I'm currently looking at getting myself a M35, and cruise is somthing i'm after. I see there is a aftermarkit cruise kit, that has almost factory controls. Is there any real difference in performance (keeping correct speed, going and and down hills etc) between that and the factory one? I know the factory one has radar, but I see that as more of a gimmic than somthing i'd use.
  6. You bringing the Seirra back to Aus? Cause once it's here it'll be cool and rare.
  7. ok if i bring a calendar?
  8. email the log to trackvision, and they will knock you up a config to read the log
  9. And on the A1 Ring too. I miss that track
  10. As bad as all the ad's are, it's still 1000% better then when 9 did the coverage. Delayed and edited races were normal back then, with no quali.
  11. fixed for accuracy
  12. I'm also looking at a M35, and it would top it off if I could tow my racecar on it. I did read on here that it could be done, but needed reinforcment? any details or price on that? My mate tows his racecar with a vt commodore equipped with rear airbags, and that tows fine. I don't see why the M35 wouldn't be able too, it's heavier, more hp & torque, awd with the equivelent of a centre diff lock, and you can easily get with with a LSD.
  13. i'm hoping to have the engine back in so i can bring the gtst down
  14. Do you have pics of the interior? lsd?
  15. genuine mines baffles are on nengun for $330 delivered
  16. a tomei 1.5mm is too big for a Nitto pump anyway, it should be a 1mm according to the tried and tested sydneykid guide. I didn't have any real breathing issues on the dyno, but I had 1.5l of oil in the catch can after the prolouge, and a unknown amount all through the engine bay.
  17. nice, you know you want to take it to the ring now.
  18. Pretty sure the cause the 26 covers are bigger, there is more room for the air and oil to separate. I'm putting 26 covers on my 20 once I get round to dropping it back in.
  19. are we wating for 10 people? or going now?
  20. nothing a bit of chemy weld won't fix
  21. better have strong legs, it's running on flinstone powah at the moment. is your engine back in yet Ben?
  22. quad turbo with a 2.4...no wonder you won
  23. did they remove one of the springs out of the nitto pump to bring it down to 75psi, instead of 150psi?
