  1. True. In which case you just need to have them fabricate BOV return piping. They didn't bother with mine since I was doing away with the AFM anyway.
  2. solve 2 issues (AFM and BOV) in one hit - run MAP sensor ECU My stock BOV is venting to atmo, as I have 3" metal piping straight from turbo inlet to the POD. Only hole in the pipe is for the catch can breather.
  3. You have redeemed yourself, good sir. But yes, f**k that. 42 degrees...I'd hate to think how bloody hot it was getting inside the cabin of someone not running their aircon.
  4. What fuel pump exactly? More or less listen to the above guys, they know. I'd be using my limited knowledge to say around mid 300's before your injectors maxed. Be sure the pump you have will suit your flow requirements though.
  5. Enjoy your fluffy pink seat covers Disclaimer: the above is an assumption based on your softness
  6. V88 isn't running wasted spark like the V44 on a 6 cylinder. V44 has 4 ignition outputs, V88 has 8.
  7. ^^ Girlyman.
  8. I barely use the bloody thing. Only ever hit the AC button to demist windscreen or to make sure the bloody seals in the pump didn't get stuck and die. Now that I've had issues with the ViPEC never letting me turn it off, I've taken the solenoid out for the pump anyway lol
  9. Or ride your fat ass to work on a pushy, 10 minutes of down hill and I'm locking my bike up out the front.
  10. I'm running a v44, haven't driven the car much since installation though due to boost issues. I've resolved those as of yesterday (touches wood) so I'll be driving it a lot more soon, will find out if I join the fried igniter club.
  11. Yeah I was thinking this too. Looking at the pump pulley and thinking it looked weird, then noticed the belt could potentially just slip off. LOL
  12. bahaha fair enough. Yeah mostly lebs I spose... "yea m8 it pullz chix no worries. Swing by the kebab store if ya wana look bro"
  13. Dumb question from me here, but you've tried NS.com yeah?
  14. <---- selling RB25 turbo. $100+delivery. Gogo.
  15. Shiny silicone looks just as stock as if I sprayed my metal intake black. Randon_I_am's R34 intake is sprayed black. I couldn't even tell it was in there. Unless the officer or inspector of your engine bay knows to look for a ribbed intake pipe, he won't have half a clue. Silicone though will be glossy and catch his eye, and everyone knows that 10 second street cars are full of shiny shit. Matte Black metal intake. You won't look back. Would probs only cost you $150 from go to whoa from most small decent exhaust shops. Even cheaper for a Saturday cash job perhaps.
  16. Yeah, I'm leaning towards coils and/or plugs. Keep in mind guys if this engine is stock, might have something to do with 4500rpm being the point it bumps the boost up to 7psi. While this is hardly high boost, if the plugs or coils are on their way out it might be enough to cause breakdown in the spark.
