  1. Ahh yes; because the internet is the last bastion of factual information. If you are implying that a car importer (essentially a used car salesman) can be held up as an irrefutable source of facts relating to cars; do I have a deal for you! My very good friend; I would like to tell you a story about my brother who, as it happens; is a Nigerian Prince! He would like to share his immense wealth, and give you 17 million dollars! There are however a couple of small things you will need to do to help him. I could spend 5 minutes on the internet and give you such facts as; 1; You can charge your iPhone in under 30 seconds, simply by putting it in the microwave! 2; All pizza delivery guys end up screwing incredibly hot women, who never seem to have enough cash to afford home delivered pizza. 3; "Liking" things on Facebook CAN CURE CANCER (also helps with poverty). 4; Will's & Kate's baby is a newsworthy event. EMPIRICAL EVIDENCE! Stop it.
  2. Everything I've heard about them, they appear to be good quality, very well finished, and stand up to trackwork pretty well. For a copy of someone elses intellectual property. I'd go for them over Rota's to be honest. Several Stagea owners have them fitted; maybe check the thread. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/325613-m35s-wheels-what-wheels-do-you-like-on-your-m35/ The search function is quite useful.
  3. THE DO'S AND DONT'S OF THE SAU CLASSIFIEDS! 1. When starting a new thread, you must include a set price, or at the very least a ballpark figure that you are looking for. EOI's are not permitted, if you want to auction your gear then use e-bay It's not a guessing competition; tell people what you want. If they want to pay, they'll pay. The rules are there to help everyone. Cheers, Dale.
  4. Not as much; it's mainly there to protect against things like rocks or sticks flicking up & damaging things.
  5. The undertray creates a low pressure area in the engine bay, which radically improves airflow through the rad and clears excess heat from the engine bay. It may not make a noticeable right now; but come summer, it will.
  6. Definitely the exception to the stereotype; let me tell you. Of course we didn't park anywhere...
  7. Fair enough, don't forget to check accuracy once it's back together. Hope it all goes well.
  8. Why worry about it? Buy something a bit newer; there's accurate stepper motor gauges for cheap prices.
  9. Too may Dale's on here now. I used be special.
  10. 19x9 +30 offset would go on no mods; 19x9.5 +22 offset would require light guard lip rolling. And look 5000 times cooler.
  11. Looked great today; and when you & Matt took off to set up for pics; it sounded fantastic.
  12. Gah; all I hear is excuses! You'd better report back as soon as they arrive; I'm literally waiting.
  13. What would he be charging for them? I'd guess he'd be able to sell a few.
  14. Hurry up and show pics. No more time wasting.
  15. Yes mate, you'll be fine with them on a RWD Stag.
  16. Lol, there's plenty of things worse than being the swaybar guy. Also, thanks must go to Luke for his excellent pacesetting; a good balance between having fun & not descending into license losing speed. Good job.
  17. Hello, I'm oily.
  18. Perfect day for a cruise today; awesome weather, a heap of brilliant cars, and a tasty shnitzel! It was great to see a huge line of Skylines doing what they do best. Great to meet a bunch of new people, forgotten almost everyone's names already. Thanks to Terry for the opportunity to pilot your beautiful new Evo; seriously impressive for a standard car.
  19. The board is tiny; like 10mm square. Any one fixing that is gonna have exceptionally good skills and bloody good eyes.
  20. I'm not sure what you mean. Their cars aren't better, and they are unlikely to be legal if they're as loud as you say. If they get caught, they're have to follow the same procedure as anyone else to have a defect or EPA notice cleared. I'd imagine clearing an EPA notice on a blown hemi would be a hugely difficult thing, unless it has a full engineers report for all the mods.
  21. *Hopes for a Pterodactyl*
  22. What did they charge you for the dyno run Rudi?
  23. How deep are your pockets? Anything is possible if you're prepared to spend enough cash.
  24. Well, I do like making new friends...
