  1. I had to put a couple of washers behind the top mounting bracket to mount it out a bit further and get the core a couple of mm away from resting on the thermo fan motor...
  2. as above, my tuner said i wouldn't need one as they use O-rings or something... just want to have this confirmed before i take off half the manifold Cheers Pat

  11. yeah i got a spanner in and tightend the loose nuts up but the gasket is f**ked... got the new turbo sitting on the table infront of me and a new gasket waiting to go in. I'll just go as tight as i can without breaking shit
  12. This has happened to me too. But instead of removing the turbo and putting it back on I'll chuck a new turbo on. Question is about this torque up thing. I couldn't get a socket onto the nuts, this normal? and anyone know the correct torque settings?

  14. Hey mate! that was me at autotech that day. Saw ya at the counter just after i had my tune done. I bought the software and cable, so i took my laptop in and had him tune it on that... Said he hadn't done one in ages. But ended up getting a bit more power than i went in there expecting And +1 about the ease of the software and other people tuning it. John at Trojan said he could do it aswell.
  15. I put one in my R34 GTT, bought it off nistune, soldered it in my self then took it to autotech. Ed was a lil rusty at first as he hadn't done one for a while, but all in all i was, and still am very happy with the tune and will be going back in the next couple of weeks when the new turbo/injectors/Z32afm are in.

  23. As above, I want to put R34 GTR wheels with 263/35 tyres onto my r34 GTT? anyone done this before?
