  1. Got some mates Alex, Ryan and Jason coming in a z31 200zr, 500hp rx7, and 400hp r33 hehe fun times!
  2. fap fap fap fap fap fap fap fap fap....
  3. Will keep an eye out. Obviously the thieves know these cars are easy to spot on the roads, it's highly likely the plates have been swapped by now especially if they're/were custom ones. Insurance?? Please say yes... Please update this thread with info as you find it, I'd love to see these f**kers get shat in by the law.
  4. how can you speak on behalf of the entire forum with less than 6 months on here and 100 posts? fuck off back to boostcruising, cunt
  5. problems with the cars... things like two month old commodores dropping two cylinders and rodeo o2 sensors shitting themselves, one particular model went: o2 sensor dead > bent valves (50,000 kms) not no mention every second customer buying body clips for interior panels. most of said clips are kept in quantities from 3-5 packets, because we sell so much, holden clips have a base stock level of 15 hahahahaha in contrast, there's a ford and a toyota dealership next to the holden one, usual stories of expensive parts and poor service, but nothing like the stories of brand new cars falling apart...
  6. these flow horribly, having the w/g port @ 90* angle from the flow is pretty poor for flow and boost control. Good for practicality, but If it was me I would spend the extra coin and get a port welded into the rear housing, looks neater too IMO.
  7. Japanese cars > Australian cars. Oooo, the bogans won't be happy with that remark! I work at repco and while I see most of the people doing things the cheaper way, there is a holden and ford dealership across the road, Ohh the stories...

  12. Its not the earliness that gets me, but it's just so fucking cold lately!!!
  13. In. will be seeing you guys at Balcatta meet point.
  14. Hey bro, nah usually the stock ECU can handle an extra few pounds, the stock turbo wont like much more than 12psi, the ceramic turbine wheel doesn't enjoy it, and it'l fail on you for sure. The thing you have to watch out for is Rich and retard. It's a safety feature built into the stock ECU. Basically in a nutshell, when the ECU reads more than a certain amount of airflow, it dumps in heaps of fuel and retards the timing heaps, to save the motor from detonation. It feels like a massive brick wall, you'll feel the car die in the ass untill the ECU reads less than that magic amount of air flow. Sometimes it happens at 10psi, sometimes at 14, it varies. turn the boost up to 12psi, and make sure you have an upgraded dump/exhaust and an intercooler is a must above 10psi if you wish to make good powar. good luck bro!
  15. Also had the same problem with greedy turbo timer, heat shrink had fallen off and a connection had grounded... Good luck bro!
  16. Hey guys. Looking for some coilovers... I need 2 pairs of S14 or S15 FRONT coilovers (i.e. the two bolt bottoms and three bolt tops). Not interested in the rears, but may purchase a whole set providing you are willing to let them go for <$600 Not too fussed about brand, spec or spring rates as yet, beggars cant be choosers right? Show me what you have! Located in Perth, WA, willing to pay shipping from anywhere in AUS and up to $500 for each pair, or up to $600 for a full set. MSG me on 0424438501 or PM me here. (preferably msg me) Cam.
  17. Yeah I've notice a bit a of a difference in the spring hey, didn't expect much but it's settled a good few mm, enough to be noticeable anyway! Handling is great, so much more stable, it a little bumpy going over curbs, the shocks are almost bottomed out haha Almost no body roll an more, no more squat under acceleration, the coilovers are gonna be even better! Yeah needs a good clean... Got some sound deadening spray for the wheel arches, nice and black and clean now! Just done the most EPIC service this morning... Gates V-belt, Penrite SIN15 synthetic oil, oil flush, Ryco oil and fuel filters (fucking in-tank filter was a pain), re-charged air filter and a tyre rotation! WIN! Car loves me now, runs soo much smoother! Penrite FTW.
  18. turbo > upgraded cams. forget spending money on a non-turbo motor. especially on such a motor where its forced induction performance has been tried and tested for years... if you're on Ps, just wait it out.
  19. Yeah no shit. As soon as I saw it with these springs in, it spurred my appetite for moar low. S15 coilovers next! haha
  20. Before: After: As you can prob notice, the front sits about 7-10mm higher than the rear Don't quite know why, maybe an imperfection with the springs. I didn't quite get 70mm out of them, more like 55mm, but they might settle after a few days... Turns out the car didn't even need the camber adjustment pins! the camber once lowered was actually within factory spec, dont ask me how that works... I have about -1.0* of camber up front, the rear left has -1.5*, and rear right has -1.1* and every other measurement is within spec So I can send the camber pins back to K-Mac and get a nice $135 refund From here, I'm gonna investigate whether S15 silvia coilovers fit my car. The front ones have the same design as our cars (3 bolt tops and two bolt bottoms) so i'll do some measurements and see if I can find someone who's selling a pair to take more measurements. That'll be cool, cos a pair of front ones x2 would be VERY cheap. there's plenty of good 2nd hand jap suspension going around in the wreckers... p.s. apologies for the dirty car lol those wheels are hideously dusty haha
  21. Hey kids. My car is in at WA suspensions getting my lowered springs and camber pins installed at the moment. Now I know that the stock shocks are gonna be close to bottomed out with these springs, it's gonna be a bumpier ride, so of course i'm gonna need to upgrade the shocks. 1) I've found Koni adjustable shocks for $1060 for a full set of 4 (!), then modify them for the lowered springs 2) or KYB non-adjustable shocks for approx $600 for a set of 4, then modify them for the lowered springs 3) modify the factory shocks. Either way when I buy these, I'll need to get them modified to suit the lowered springs, My question is what's involved with that? The guys at WA suspensions said I'll need to shorten the length of the body of the shocks to accommodate the springs, what exactly is involved with shortening the body of the shocks? My car has McPherson struts up front, and multi link with struts at the rear FYI. I'm doing all of this to avoid paying $2500+ for coilovers. There's a place in Malaysia that makes coilovers for my x-trail, but I can't justify spending $2500 on suspension when the car's never gonna see the track. All I want is a lowered ride height and a bit firmer of a ride, so as long as I can do that for under $2500 (considering I've already spent $580 on the springs), i'll be happy. What are my options? Thanks. p.s. there's stuff all info around about this, as far as I can see, i'm the only one in the world to have lowered an x-trail this much without the use of coilovers...
  22. Bro I've got a stinger. I know all the EMS ecus have a clear flooded function, so when the tps senses 100% it wouldn't fire. Is the tps set up properly? The signal could be negative? Try disconnecting the tps? take a print screen of your ecu settings and fuel map and post it here! Il have a look compared to mine...
