  1. My latest run, I doubt there is much power lost with my external plumbed back in, the GTX must be well out of puff by now. It would depend entirely on the exhausts ability flow at the end of the day.
  2. Just enough to cover my costs I guess, if I drove in there for one it wouldn't be worth it I guess, I should buy 10 minimum and sell them off for $20 on top plus postage. That should cover the 80L of ethanol to get there and back. lol. Australia post wouldn't ship them would they? Too heavy I assume?
  3. How much are they going for? I will do a search and see if its worthwhile getting a pallet myself.
  4. There is no midrange because its at one bar, lets wait and see what the 22psi graph looks like. Hurry up and get that clutch in Artz. I'm interested to see the results with the stock 5 bolt housing. Get on to it Stao. An M35 Stagea rear may work well too...
  5. Nil stock. Not very helpful with customer support, they cant tell me when the next batch will arrive and when they do they will only last a day or two if you're lucky.
  6. To the meet point I meant. I will call them now.
  7. Yeh, i'm pretty stoked. The Fcon has changed the whole feel of the car, nice firm adjustable gear changes, an idle I can set, cold start mapping so it fires first kick with the ethanol, no 300kw blip when I roll off the throttle. The list goes on. I noticed the box wont shift into gear properly at full throttle until its hot, it just bounces off the limiter. I guess that's the gearbox computer's job though.
  8. I have membership and would be willing to bring them back. Lucky I have a wagon. lol. The issue is they hardly ever have stock. I guess I could ring them though. Were they $169 by chance?
  9. Great jack. They cover the warranty nicely too. So this is on this Saturday? I can probably drop down too.
  10. Whats up with it Damo? Nothing serious I hope...
  11. Just be careful, they are illegal and will void your insurance. Not much need for one with a water cooled turbo either. The wiring for them is usually very simple so most kits will work if you can find the ignition wires.
  12. I think it's more likely the 3rd gear solenoid but without a better schematic I'm only guessing. If it runs fine connected just leave it like that and see if it throws any codes.
  13. Yeh mate, you're on the way anyway. You got a good video camera?
  14. Just be careful with sensor placement, the moisture will kill it if you put it sideways.
  15. SEL3, whatever that means, I cant see any info or what it does other than it goes back to the valve body. Perhaps its the 3rd gear selector switch or something? I will delve further if you want but I would say its been done to get around a fault of some kind.
  16. All the incentive to "go green" is gone now the excise has kicked in. This govt is farked.
  17. You just did, what is your source? S/H? Price? The ecu is just comparing the signals from the two sensors and seeing a difference between them. I would leave it plugged in too until you replace it.
  18. Mmm, pink wire, the torque lockup wire is the yellow one I seem to remember. I will see what I can find out for you.
  19. This Friday perhaps, its the last Friday night Calder run for the year... Who's up for it?
  20. It seems there used to be quite a few innovative failures but now they seem better. Now the AEM ones seem to be failing. Try the PLX, as long as it has a narrowband output you can plug it into the stock o2 position, although most instructions say to have the sensor 20 inches away. You have to make sure they point down which makes it hard to install so far down the exhaust.
  21. Should be no problem, it will even run if the crank sensor is unplugged. Just take it easy don't thrash it until the sensor is replaced.
