  7. I highly doubt it would be retroactive such as what happened up here. They added pretty much these exact regs but it only applied to people becoming P platers after a certain date july 1 a couple of years ago.... I made it by 6 months.
  8. The best thing about this qualy was that Button out qualified Hamilton. Webber either dropped the ball something shocking or there are still issues.

The best bet dude would be to check the Rb20 dyno result thread at the top of this forced induction section. in there all you need to do is go through the results, find the guys that have around the power that you want and see what they did/what mods they needed. Probably the best way to get an idea.
  11. Nistune + z32 AFM injectors and fuel pump + boost. Should get you close.

  13. haha, I like the fact that no matter what car you drive, we're pretty much all the same. O/T I usually hate modified skirts on all manner of cars but those zele ones look quite jizzworthy
  14. You guys should join the QLD club, we have just elected a new president. Check the QLD subsection of the forum for details. Nice to see these things getting modified and driven the way they are supposed to.
  15. Drop the cat off the exhaust and take it for a drive. make sure you check inside the cat itself for damage and obstruction. hopefully you haven't blown a turbo. report back.

  19. Think about it in terms of: everything you do to your engine and how it performs is governed by the way the exhaust system works. This is because the entire engine terminates at the exhaust. This sounds very simple but when you actually think about it in terms of what you do to your engine can be completely neutralized by having an insufficient exhaust system. Why spend money on bigger turbo's, cams headwork all stuff that can make you go faster and not allow it to run as optimally as possible by not putting an effort into minimizing back pressure as much as is relatively possible. Design of exhaust and cooling system are two of the most overlooked parts of car development (in terms of our scene anyway).
