  1. Hey guys, I've got the following left. Stagea Series I x 3 with scoop. Black $120 + Freight. R33 GTST Series II x 2 in Black and 1 in Silver. $80 + Freight R33 GTST/GTR x 1 in Silver. May need a bolt hole cut depending on your car. $80 + Freight Fry33 $80 + $25 freight.
  2. Big Red + Leewah and Handbags laughing over the Mini Wang = Funny Shit!
  3. Man it sounds like I missed another hooge Deca weekend. I need lots of pics and videos to compensate me please. Nylate....... Nice work son. WRX Helis FTW.
  4. I bought a couple of the 1/8" weld on Aluminium Nipples from Motorsport Connections. Cost me $25 delivered and I got a free hat!
  5. Hi Mate, I'm going away for a few weeks tonight. This will have to wait until I get back. Sorry. Cheers Pete
  6. Fill it with water and pressurize.
  7. You haven't replied to me yet
  8. I happen to know a car that went BACKWARDS when going from a 3" to a 3.5 inch. anyway, I repeat, the smallest part of your exhaust is the most restrictive. Be that your dump, a flange, bad muffler etc. My Fujitsubo Power Getter was 3" from the cat to the second section where it flared up to 3.5 inch. My reasoning is that the most restrictive part of the exhaust is the first section where it is 3", and where the gasses are "biggest and hottest". I changed the rear section to a 3" muffler and I dropped about 8dB, made my car legal and it still made the same power as before. Doesn't mean I don't put on my big pipe for when I want it loud though
  9. Can somebody give me a picture or link to those fancy fitting you have been talking about? I need to mount three thermo couples, one in the airbox, one in the turbo hot pipe and and in the throttle body.
  10. You'd be very surprised what a 3 inch pipe will flow. Short of a T88 or something similar you wont really need anything bigger than 3" Think of it this way, the exit of the turbo is the most restrictive part of the exhaust before you get to mufflers. Hence, match the size of the outlet of the turbo (maybe plus a little bit to turbulate the gasses) and then run the least restrictive turbo you can. A lot of VERY high power GTRs are running 3 inch pipes.
  11. Not existing wiring. Needs new senders and wiring, but that all comes with the gauges. Installation took me about half a day and that was including removing the front drivers side wheel to get the cables through the guards and fitting the damn Silicone radiator pipe with the sender unit thingo in it. That's what took the longest. It's a lot easier than I thought it would be. The only think I won't be doing is hooking them up to power, as I don't play with stuff that I can't see (electricity)
  12. Thanks guys! I appreciate it!
  13. Hey guys, Does anybody know the thread type of the Oxy Sensor on an R34 GTT... or any Skyline for that matter? I need to know thread type, pitch, size etc. I need to make up a bung for a hole
  14. Not Defi, But they are 60mm gauges INSIDE the housing.....
  15. If you are going to change to an R34 turbo, do that. The R34 turbo has a better compressor design than the VG30 model of that turbo.
  16. Use Castrol Edge 10W-40. It's not cheap but its the best. Filters are much of a muchance. I don't think you can go wrong with the Ryco filters. Make sure you don't buy a filter from an R33 or R32, as they don't fit. UAS will be fine. They are a great workshop.
  17. Hi mate, I'm evaluating these gauges for quality and accuracy before I bring them to market. Can tell you my source just yet, but they have the peak recall, warning light, opening ceremony etc etc. I will definitely let you guys know and post pics and videos once they are running. My boost gauge was "intermittent" in it's working condition.....
  18. Yeah the nutserts are great. You need a special tool to press them in by they are as good a tapping a hole in solid plate when they are installed. I just took it to a friend of mine who owns a sheetmetal and fabrication company and he pressed them in for me. Is a 30 second job with the right tools. Handy piece of gear.
  19. Hey guys. I made up a very very simple bracket to hold some gauges against the standard R34 3 gauge pod. Pics below. Very simple, very easy. Four holes, four bends. 3 nutserts, 3 socket head cap screws and 3 brass locking nuts. Three large bolt heads with some sunk holes to hold the end of the screw in. easy.
  20. Hey guys. I picked up some gauges recently to evaluate for market with the express intention of mounting them in the standard location. They are "Defi Style" gauges with peak recall, smoked face, etc etc etc. Anywho, they are 60mm and lot and behold the fit EXACTLY, and I mean EXACTLY in the opening in the standard 3 gauge hood!! Bonus! Here are a couple of pics. They aren't wired in yet, that's for my sparky, but they are installed and all the cables are run. To hold them in place I bent up a piece of 25mm wide mild steel and put some nutserts in there to hold the bolts in.
  21. Give him a break! I reckon i looks TOPS
  22. I think all turbo manufacturers can have a lemon or two, and I know of a certain car that has had several Garretts blow after only hours of driving.... Having said that though, this failure is absolutely, completely and utterly catastrophic! I find it hard to explain how that could have happened...
  23. WOW That's AWESOME! I vote "Best Turbo Failure EVAH"
  24. Hey ppls, Anyone know a Chinese printer who can translate (in simple Chinese Characters) a business card. Or can anybody translate a business card for me and I can get it printed anywhere? Cheers Bass
