Well normally, the rim actually sits on the bit that sticks out of the hub. The bolts just hold the wheel on the hub.

Isn't the load meant to go on the middle of the buh, not the bolts? if the spacer is big enough, wouldn't it mean the load is going straight through the bolts?

I'm also about to buy new tyres for my car. I need 235s for the front and 255s for the road (8 and 9 inch rims) The only tyres that do the same tread pattern front and rear for those sizes are Sumitomo and Yokohama. Are the Sumis any good? I have heard varying reports. My R34 is a daily driver and needs to have resonable wear qualities. BASS OUT

That's what they do. Has more to do with increased exhaust gas temp than anything else.

R34 GTTs have a higher static compression than the other motors. Doesn't this create more heat and therefore more chance to blo the exhaust wheel?

Went there Friday arvo. Still setting up but they seem to have most things. Gauges, suspension, seats all kinds of things. They are going to be a new black hole for my money.

Hey guys, I've got a question. Barring all monetary and budgetary restraints, what would be the ultimate turbo for the RB25DET. Not for ultimate power, as we all know you could just strap a monster to the side of it and make power from 6500 - 8000 rpm. I'm especially interested in you tuners points of view, STT and SK. Highest average output, best spooling etc. etc. Interested to see answers. BASS OUT

Nope. Install a bleeder to bleed off the boost going from the turbo compressor to the wastegate actuator. BASS OUT -

Just be careful at Kamakaze as when I went there looking for an R34, most of the cars had copped a respray as the paint was perfect on all cars. Not one single car had a minute blemish. They often spray cars wild colours too, so ask for photos of the cars before they received them if possible.

Why is that for VT and over? Series II VT was 5.7 ltr. 5.7/1450 = 3.931 therefore over.

Hey Guys. I've been meaning to write this for a while. Car is running fine now. No problems, no surging or anything. A week or so after the pump went in, I reset the computer and the car is running like a dream and actually getting BETTER fuel economy. Getting about 340 klms to a tank now. Maybe the computer just needed to learn how the fuel was being delivered or something, or maybe the car was just due for a reset. BASS OUT -
