  1. I'd just leave it. Dude you've got NOS attached to your car, obviously if he wanted to screw you he would have, but because he broke the sheet, he's let you go. I'd say that's the only reason he let you go.
  2. As the classic line from the movie says. "Chainsaw's don't kill people, People kill people"
  3. Fair enough. Could you photograph the tyre tread? Also, where in Melbourne are you, as I'd like to see them. Cheers Pete
  4. Both Models have a V-spec type cars. The engines look pretty much the same (in R34 too), but maybe different colour in R34. You would need to check engine numbers.
  5. Okay, This isn't really the place for flaming and arguments, BUT. For those people saying that everyone is making "general" comment's about P-Platers and the like, lets look at the statistics. Now I hate stats at the best of times, but when you look at it, young male drivers between 18 and 25 (not just P-platers) are grossly over represented in the road toll. That's a FACT. Take it whatever way you want.
  6. I've just had a look at the Bridgestone website, and it says you can't get 255s in Grid II I'm not having a pick, just curious, cos I am interested. Where in Melbourne are you?
  7. I'm very interested. Please PM me your mobile number.
  8. Pics of the rims and the offset (Will it suit R34 GT-T) Very interested. [email protected]
  9. There already are power restrictions for P platers. 125 kw per tonne or 3.5 litres per ton
  10. I'm not sure to tell you the truth.
  11. When?
  12. Not on there. in the dyno cell it was about 22 degrees. That's why I want to get it on a shoot out dyno to get 'bragging' numbers.
  13. I'll rock up. I'd like to see my numbers on a Shootout Accredited Dyno.
  14. Joel, The top one is boost. 11psi the whole way through. No doubt my 60ft times are going to go out the window.
  15. Hey Guys. Decieve, Do you have the BOV and PCV return valves in yours? I'm having those fabricated into my ducts (for those that need them). Cheers Pete
  16. SomeonestoleCC I paid for the hour that the car was on the dyno. $185 per hour, which is pretty normal.
  17. Maybe Cams first for interests sake. Then Turbo.
  18. Hell no. I change gears on my own.
  19. That is truely tragic. Most condolences to the father as inevitably he will be going through the very worst time of his life.
  20. Sorry to ask a question here, but was the owner of the car driving?
  21. Daz, Done. Now to get new numbers for the quarter.
  22. gr33dy Front mounts on street cars are really only Heat Sinks for the intake air. I think that most will be within 10% of the performance of each other. I would that taking a bunch of coolers and swapping them in for power runs would make much difference. It would be more a case of the most efficient piping. anyway, 350rwkw would definently make it a beast of a car. Burnouts in 4th gear!! BASS OUT
  23. Hey ppls. Well, please see below the dyno charts of my car making a bee's winky over 200 rwkW Dyno was at Hypertech Automotive. Time, was about 7pm last Friday afternoon. I'm quite happy with the result and apparently, this dyno would read slightly higher in Shootout, but a dyno is just a tool anyway. I'll be taking it down the strip as soon as I get a chance and I'll be aiming to get into the 12's Craig from Genesis spent most of the time of the tune in the workshop putting in a base tune, then drove to the dyno. First Dyno, F1 Performance, left before we got there, even though they were booked. Second Dyno, Hypertech, we drove straight onto. They have a very very nice dedicated dyno room, all sound proofed and stuff. 4WD and the works. Drool. Anyway, pulled probably 10-15 runs total, tuned in some lean cruise and that was that. Car now idles much better (was a bit rough before due to the flywheel) and pulls cleanly. Has an urgency to it now and comes on boost and stays on boost like a champ. I had the actuator and boost control kit fitted and it holds the 11psi no problem. AFM is within a couple of percent of maxed out at about 5500rpm, so it's a new one of them for any more increases in grunt. So, all in all I'm a happy chappy. BASS OUT
